I loved my stay in Folly Beach. Linda was easy to communicate with and the booking/check in was trouble-free. My stay at this condo was beyond my expectations. The unit was extremely clean and welcoming. The directions on how to get to the condo were clear and instructions on how to access the amenities were concise. The unit is located right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises every morning and breathtaking sunsets in the evenings. Fantastic restaurants and shopping are well within walking distance. Come see for yourself!

We had a great time staying in this little condo. It had everything we needed, it's in an amazing location, AND it's dog friendly. We were able to walk to the market and to various restaurants that would allow our pup on the property. Other than the slightly chilly weather, it was a great getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! We brought our dog, Tucker to the beach and loved that we were within walking distance to local restaurants and bars.

Convenient to stores and restaurants

My wife and I came down to Folly beach for a long weekend. This condo worked great for us. It is a nice one bedroom condo. It was in a great location within easy walking distance to the pier and restaurants downtown Folly Beach. The accommodations were nice. The kids size bed worked great. There was only a bar with a couple of high chairs, no dinning table. There were a few beach chairs outside the unit that we could use. No beach towels so make sure to bring your own. There is a washer and dryer that was shared with the unit next door. We did not use this. One down side is the balcony is shared with all of the other units. You have your own chairs but the stairs are right in front of this unit. This doesn’t give you a very good view and everyone coming up will look right into your unit. Everyone was friendly staying there. We love Folly Beach and will definitely make it back.

We had a wonderful time here - the location couldn’t be better - fun days at the beach and lovely quiet evenings on the semi-private deck. It’s also very close and convenient to all of the amenities of Folly Beach and a quick trip into Charleston.

Our stay was WONDERFUL. The condo was super clean and right on the beach! The host was super quick to respond to my questions. This was the perfect spot for my husband and I. We will absolutely be back!

We have stayed alot of places and i am so scared everytime i go that the rooms want be clean. This is the cleanest place i have ever been, enjoyed it so much!!!

Perfect location right on the beach and walking distance to downtown and Bert’s grocer. The place was clean and comfortable and the views excellent! Condo exceeded our expectations!

We adored Folly Beach. Short drive from Charleston, but we didn’t want to leave! We loved the beach vibe of our unit, and right on the beach within walking distance to the Folly Beach Pier. Can’t beat the view! Loved to sit outside our unit on the adirondack chairs drinking our coffee or glass of wine. The center street with all the bars and restaurants were just blocks away. We loved that you could just put your cover up on off the beach and head to town. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing view of the ocean. If I could change one thing I would say the builders needed to consider an elevator. Definitely not the owners fault. Overall 5 stars!

The condo was the perfect option for me, my mom and my dog. Can not beat the location of the this condo - just down the stairs and you're at the beach! Bert's Grocery is just a block away - very convenient if you need anything! The provided beach chairs were a nice addition. Very well decorated and clean! Communication with the owner was timely and informative. Looking forward to booking this property in the near future!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is right on the beach. We won’t forget sitting on the porch watching the sunrise and listening to the surf! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this quaint little condo. The couches and bed are super comfy. Plenty of towels and blankets available. The location is great. We walked to Rita's, Bounty bar and our favorite little store Bert's grocery. There is even a liquor store right around the corner. The view is amazing for sure. easy walk to the beach and pier out the front door. A couple of things some people may find frustrating is not aware, but in our case were not bad at all. - No elevator (no big deal but if you have a bunch of luggage...well) - Shared laundry area - Front porch is shared with all units (not private) -Some upstairs noise (footsteps, etc) We stayed in the off season, but still had about half the units occupied. There was a decent amount of foot traffic, but all in all it was not anything that detracted from the experience. As for Folly the location and Folly Beach in general - THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE. Super cool vibe of old town, sleepy seaside village. Lots to do as far as live music, trivia, etc . Very chill and laid back. For the price this is one of the best deals on Folly!

Lisa was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any and all questions we had during our stay! The only thing I wish the home had provided was a little welcome basket and a description of the area. We came from out of town and didn’t quite know where to find a good restaurant or convenience store for some snacks and waters. We were also not provided laundry detergent or any trash bags to change before we left the home. Other than that the home was great and in a beautiful location. We would stay again if some little changes were made.

Cute little condo right on the beach. Very comfy bed. Everything was within walking distance and the town and food were all great! We will be back!

My wife and I stayed here the last week of September in 2022, during hurricane Ian. The location is great, it is within walking distance to all the best bars, restaurants, and shops. It's a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay. The host was kind and easy to work with, she even checked in on us during the storm. I would certainly stay here again. * Just a note, this is a pet friendly building and dogs can be very disruptive.*

This place is perfect. Right on the beach and perfect size for two people (or even four as there is a pull out couch!). Lisa was great - very responsive! Would stay here again. :)

Condo is located right on beach and close to all the good restaurants and shops on Folly. We parked our car and did not have to use it the entire trip. We would definitely stay here again in the future

This is a cute property just a few steps from a private entrance to the beach. The kitchenette was perfect for making whatever i needed. The view was amazing, it is near the steps that lead to the third floor but that was fine, everyone was so friendly. The bed was amazingly comfortable and so was the blanket. A nice place to stay. for two.

We enjoyed our stay for New Year's. We had everything we needed and liked being very close to everything.

We had an amazing weekend at this little gem on the beach. We spent most of our time sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the porch and watching the waves roll in. The beach is literally just steps away from your front porch. This is a second floor condo unit so there are some stairs to climb, but it is the perfect little spot for a relaxing time with an excellent view of the beach. This condo is super close to the main drag in town so there is no need to get back in your car! There is also a little market one block away that has so many little needs you might come across during your stay. As for the actual condo, it is the cutest little beachy unit. The beach decor is a super cute touch to bringing the whole beach stay full circle. Everything was very clean when we arrived and the extras that were provided (paper towels, linens, bath towels, dish ware...) made for a super easy pack for our trip. I highly recommend this unit if you are looking to book on Folly. I am already thinking of making this stay a yearly trip (and I am local to Charleston!) The only negative thing that I can say is that the walls are very thin so as a middle unit be ready to hear some neighboring noise... especially if there is a rambunctious child!! We had a family staying in the condo above us and the little girl was a very active indoor runner....and enjoyed starting her day VERY early 😂. On the bright side to that, we never missed an early morning sunrise walk on the beach. We truly enjoyed everything about this stay, and everything was so easy...from booking, to checking in, to what was required upon check out!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The distance to the beach and Charleston are accurately reflected in the description. The property owner was accommodating with any questions I had and responded immediately. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip. I can’t wait to return for a second visit.

No way to pull down the shade on front window, so we felt like we were in a fish bowl, especially as people walked by and looked in. Stairway is in the middle of the front window, obstructing view of ocean. Loading and unloading luggage and other items were difficult because of two stories of steep, narrow stairway. TV was different from a cable system, and there were no instructions about how to operate it. Weak water flow in shower.
