We stayed here for a 30th birthday. The villa is in a central location right in the heart of PDC, just up a hill from the main strip. It had everything we needed during our stay, and the welcome basket was a lovely added touch. Hilary was lovely and the check in was smooth and easy, she told us everything we needed to know and was at the end of the phone if there was anything we needed during our stay. The cleaners who came in during our stay were superb and the pool man Lennox was superb also, what a great team of people. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and would book it again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for helping to make our holiday fantastic!

Great communication, fantastic improvements the new owners have made. Lovely big pool with water feature. Plenty of space inside and outside. Great location, lovely and peaceful but close enough to all amenities. Everything you could possibly need is in the villa.

We had an amazing holiday and villa was perfect. Would defo return. Only small thing I would change is the towel situation…would have been nice to have more than one bath towel and hand towel per person. Just a small thing but previous villas I’ve stayed in haven’t locked the laundry cupboard.

Excellently presented villa in a quite road 6 mins walk from the main strip. The villa was immaculately presented with plenty of room and extremely well equipped. The pool was heated perfectly and a good size. This is a perfect villa for a family who want to be close but not too close to all Puerto Del Carmen has to offer. Communication with the owners was first rate and the local manager deserves a mention for their efficiency too.

We stayed at this beautiful villa at end of March 22. It is simply perfect, the villa itself - so clean, and comfortable, to the coffee machine with pods and milk on arrival, the facilities- all there, we wanted for nothing! The pool - heated, cleaned regularly and perfect for all of our family… and the location - just a five minute stroll to the beach and all of the bars and restaurants. I can not rate this property highly enough - we booked this villa as a special treat for my 50th birthday and only wish I could book it for every holiday! Just book it - you won’t be disappointed!

Myself and 3 friends stayed. We loved the house great having 2 showers for going out. Pool really well heated and it has jets/ massage as well as the waterfall. We didn't use TV as we were out most of the time. 5 minutes walk to beach/restaurants. Maybe 15 mins walk to lidl which stocks loads of brands and 15 mins to old town. Recommend fariones grill for food great steaks. Hilary the cleaner lovely lady let us stay until 4pm as late flight beds very comfy nice quite neighbourhood. €3 in taxi between 4 people to come home at night ! €13 to airport and its less than 10 mins in the car to the airport. Excellent modern property with a superb pool. Towels and linens good. Appreciated the change of linens half way through our holiday. Thoroughly enjoyed the jets and cascade in the pool which was really warm. Especially enjoyable as pool heating was quiet. Impressive cleaning of terrace after the calima dust storm. Great holiday well supported by an efficient team. Thanks to Hilary and Richard.

beautiful villa in an excellent location

villa was very clean, everything you needed, would like to suggest to the owner that the upstairs bedroom mattress needs replacing, had a terrible dip in the middle. apart from the mattress a very pleasant stay

The villa is immaculate, modern and exceptionally clean. The location is fabulous 4 mins walk to the beach, several supermarkets within 2 mins walk and too many options for dining all within walking distance. Hilary and her team who manage the villa on the island, are helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Sun shines on the beautiful pool all day, my husband made excellent use of the power jets for an hours swim when he didn’t fancy the sea that day. The neighbour hood is well maintained and very quiet.
