Home was lovely and clean. Great parking for 2 cars. We would have liked 2 televisions as it rained a couple of days and one was needed for adults and one for the children. Would recommend to others.

Beautiful home to rent out. We rented out for a weekend and this place is beyond our expectation. It is very spacious and the kitchen and the back yard is very nice to hang out. Beautiful views as well!

Amazing

Beautiful property with 4 nice bedrooms, big central room, and direct access to the ocean with a fire pit and table with with a propane fire pit. The air conditioning was functional per the prior comments. Nice amenities with towels, shampoo and conditioner, coffee etc. Would highly reccomend and will stay there again. Only comment is backyard is shared with four large condos and not private.

We were in the area for a graduation. This home was perfect for our family and a few friends. The best part was having coffee in the morning and then happy hour outside listening to the waves crash on the rocks. The kitchen is well stock with utensils and cookware. We would have liked some board games, but luckily brought some of our own. We also would have liked a few more Adirondack chairs outside. Overall, an excellent house for a beach getaway.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Everything was so clean, and check in was very seemless. Perfect location! I would definitely recommend renting from this owner again! Thank you for making our trip very memorable.

Reviewer Comments: The property is listed as "newly renovated"; however, there were several things that looked like the renovation wasn't quite finished (half painted walls, lights not working, no way to use the fireplace in the bedroom, also the bed in that bedroom needs another slat-or whole piece of plywood under the mattress because part of it sags, screen door not working properly and torn so bugs were let in, the fire table fire pit wouldn't light. The 'major' dissatisfaction is that the photos show no fence between the property and the shoreline, but that's not accurate. I realize the shoreline needs some shoring up work; that should be noted in the description.

We were lucky enough to come during a slow week as we only had neighbors upstairs from us and they never came down to use the patio area. Otherwise, the patio area is shared across all 4 units.

My only qualm is that the AC in the house was not working great. We had it on day 1 and it worked but the rest of the week the house never felt cool. The bedroom upstairs has a stand alone unit which is really loud but I quite liked it because it served as a white noise for me since the rest the house echoed. Luckily keeping the window open kept the house relatively cool but my friends who stayed downstairs did say the rooms get a little warm at night.

Also, the firepit shown in the photo and video have been blocked off with a fence since the stairs leading down to the beach have been destroyed by mother nature. There is a secondary elevated fire place on the grassy part which you can still sit around and roast marshmallows.

For all my remote workers, the internet worked great in the downstairs part of the house but if you go into the bedrooms, it's hard to hold a video conference call. We had 3 people working remotely in the house and all 3 of us sat in the living area and our overall internet speed was about 110+mbps download but a 14mbps upload so you might have to negotiate bandwidth if you have multiple people using the wifi for work.

The beachfront team was super responsive to any/all questions via phone and text. We had trouble getting in using the code they provided but they were able to help us troubleshoot and get inside the unit in no time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Just bring your food. I Was pleased to see there were two large refrigerators. I highly recommend this place. It was clean, no sans or beach. Dogs ok but not dog friendly. Shared yard with the upstairs unit so people walking by and looking in the windows and stomping around. Cleaning fee plus possible damage fee plus pet fee were all unexpected dollars spent. The worst part is those are imposed AFTER you can’t cancel. Ouch considering we are clean and only occupied one bedroom. The property manager sent so many emails I couldn’t find the access codes. Literally like 10 emails. LOTS OF RULES, and not very cozy. We just wanted out of town with our chihuahua for a couple days. 3 grand later........

Nowhere in the registration process did it mention that this was prohibited. Less than 24 hours to our arrival, we received a registration form via email asking general questions, as well as if we were going to have any sort of gathering or event. We answered honestly and told them about our plans for eloping and having 10 guests (which was allowed according to the registration form). The MORNING BEFORE checking in, we receive a text saying there is a SINKHOLE in the backyard of the house. Once we arrived, we weren’t able to get into the house so we called in to try to get help. The gentleman I spoke to said that they wanted to talk to us about our elopement and said that we weren’t allowed to use the backyard because there was a sinkhole and we aren’t allowed to have any rentals or decor out there per “Oceanside regulations” and because the neighbors would complain. He then mentioned that the inside of the house is very spacious and is accommodating if we wanted to move it inside. A couple hours later, we received a phone call from the manager Peter stating that we absolutely cannot have any form of gathering or else they will call the authorities. When we asked for a refund, he said he will not sign off on it. When we asked for compensation of being blindsided by the sinkhole, he said he would get back to us but never did. You can imagine the distress on having to figure out an unexpected backup plan just hours before we were supposed to get married. If you are planning to stay here, call beforehand to make sure the pictures match what the property actually looks like. We talked to the neighbors and they told us that the sinkhole was there for a month, but Beachfront only notified us the morning of. Also, if you come across any other concerns and have a chance to speak to Peter, be prepared to be rudely interrupt

The problem was the fridge would not get cool enough. They sent someone out promptly but was unable to help. He said we had too much food in the fridge? Also the screen door for the sliding glass door kept falling off when you used it. Other than those two hiccups it was awesome!
