This was a nice property with plenty of space if you needed to find a quiet space. It was to cool for the pool, but the outside area was a nice place to hang out. We had a couple of babies, and it was well equipped with the pack and plays and even a walker that my grandchildren loved.

We came to TX for my nieces high school graduation. The house was amazing and great for our family and a few friends to celebrate the new graduate. The pool was very refreshing and in use multiple times a day. The house had everything we needed. My mother-in-law has a hard time walking long distances and the house was great for her to get in and around without issue. We had a couple of questions for Kyle and he was super responsive and made sure not to be intrusive with our stay. So I am from Colorado and I have to say one of the highlights for me was the giant Magnolia tree in the front that was blooming. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Some friends and I went down for a softball tourney and this place accommodated the whole team and we still had some room if need be. Very clean and the management is very easy to get ahold and work with if you need anything! Would definitely recommend staying here and will be back again!

House is very clean and layout is very open. Comfy rooms and easy to find what you need. It wasn’t far from things and location is very nice and quiet.

Property was beautiful, very cozy...the pool was nice and clean...we were there for only a day and a quarter...only regret is that check in is too late in the day and check out is too early. 🙁

My stay with family was a brief 2 nights centered around a Texas Rangers game for daughters birthday. House was clean and check-in responses were all helpful. Backyard pool was the center of our attention, lack of clean floats was a bit disappointing. There were plenty of floats deflated in the pool box that were extremely dirty and unusable. All in all it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend for anyone interested.

My family & my husband's family enjoyed a weekend at the pool. The house had plenty of room for 8. They were very accommodating & the manager promptly answered all questions. Great neighborhood too! Would definitely stay again!

Great property and hosts were very nice and helpful. We needed an early check-in at the last minute and they were accommodating with that! The smoke detector needed a new battery and was 'chirping' constantly; they took care of that in a timely fashion. The house was very clean, beautiful kitchen and living room. My husband used the office space a lot, so that was great. the beds in the three downstairs bedrooms were comfortable. The backyard was as pictured--very nice covered sitting area and the pool was clean. Indoors: missing were hand towels & shower mats/bathroom rugs. These are essential bathroom items; cold, slippery tile is dangerous and there are hand towel rings, so why not provide towels? Just a suggestion. The biggest problem with this house is the fourth bedroom upstairs... the twin beds are juvenile sized, not actual real twin beds for grown-up adults. Our guests were all big, tall and full grown adults. In the photos online, you can't really tell that they're little tiny beds. The host provided a brand new full-sized airbed, but that didn't work for our guests. One couple left and went to a hotel. Made me very sad. Real beds upstairs would be my suggestion! Again, the hosts were great!

We were in town for the World Championship Steak Cook off. We needed a place to accommodate 6 adults, two teenage girls, and a infant under the age of one. This was the perfect choice. It was an easy commute to the Fairgrounds down town. The evenings were quiet with the exception of a neighborhood dog barking. The weather was still a bit cool for the adults to swim but the teenagers managed to enjoy the pool area and when not in the pool they enjoyed the game room up stairs and a ride or two about the neighborhood on the tandem bike. A couple of us were a bit under the weather and the convenience of a grocery and pharmacy within blocks. Was a blessing.

The house was beautiful. Had to call property managers due to problems at house. Several internal situations. House was cluttered in cupboards, pantry and closets. Lights out in hallway, heat in some rooms, cold in others. No cleaning supplies. No beds upstairs for fourth bedroom, just mattresses on floor. Nice house, not maintained well.

We had a great stay! Especially enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table. Spacious, well equipped house in nice neighborhood. We had a very relaxing weekend! John was great to communicate with.

We came down for my daughters wedding and found this home to be central to the dallas/Fort Worth area.

Home was nice! Pool needs attention. We got here and it was greenish. Home was great and big enough for our family. Neighbors and neighborhood was good.We had all we needed. Host was very nice! Housekeeping probably needs to take a better look around house as well. There was trash left from previous parties that we picked up. Other than the pool area all was good and we had fun.

Pleass read full post for accurate info. There are 2 contacts for this listing. We had a hard time getting responses before our stay. The day of the previous tenants apparently demolished the place. Although the check in time is late to allocate for time to clean they were having an issue getting someone to clean carpets because of a holiday. Long story short we had to check in late and were just driving around the city waiting for the green light to enter. Of course the carpets and couch were wet which couldn't have been prevented at that point. The house look clean initially but the previous tenants also brought a dog and my wife spent the whole week sweeping up white dog hair. The master bedroom TV didnt work, there was no.toilet paper or paper towels, and the cleaning crew didnt put liners in any of the cans. Not to mention a typo on the check out time had a new cleaning lady knocking and the door and engaging in a very awkward conversation. We spoke to Kyle about the issues and the next morning while we were out he stocked the paper supplies and put in a new tv. The house location is perfect. The house is perfect and the pool is perfect. We were just so unhappy with all the customer service issues we had. With that being said, Kyle did make it right but refunding 1 nights stay. Because of his efforts we would try this location again and recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect pool house and location.
