The house is in a great location and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Mackenzie was extremely welcoming and helpful. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend it. 5 stars!

Great place for a family to share time. Dining table before huge picture window to enjoy nature outside. Quiet, clean and as advertised. Had a couple things that did not work well but let management know. Did not affect our time together. Contact was great to work with. Thank you

This is a very comfortable home in a great location- The neighborhood is very quiet and right next to Alton Baker park and endless running trails. The house is a good size but has a few quirks. There is no dresser or place to put clothes, etc in the master bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen could benefit from some upgrades and improved cleanliness.

The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The home is nicely decorated and yard is beautiful but we were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. None of the towels smelled fresh, all of the white wash cloths are stained, kitchen floor was sticky and I felt the need to wash the pots, plates and utensils before using them. It's unfortunate because this home and neighborhood were both very beautiful. I will also note that the backyard is not closed in so our dogs could not run around off leash. Check in was easy and the host responded quickly.

The location was great, close to Eugene and hiking places. Linens were cheap, fireplace was shut off or not workable and it rained and/or snowed most of the time we were there. Weird hand out/directions from the owner, more about rules than interest in our comfort. No throw blankets and the furniture, brown velour looked dirty/stained. I realize this is a pet friendly house which is great but the one loose blanket I found smelled like wet dog. The pictures looked nice but the house did not live up to them.

Great location, great property, well setup and managed to easily and efficiently support renting. Family of 6 was joyously comfortable and had a fun time staying in this nice home with a view of the park.

It's a well located property, right next to a large park and trail system. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the check in process was easy, and the owners had good communication.

We really enjoyed our girl's trip at this beautiful home. 6 of us in total and had plenty of space. The house was beautiful and even better than we expected. Close drive to Autzen Stadium, roomie kitchen for family style meals, master bathroom was huge and great for the 16 year olds to get ready in together. We had fantastic weather for this football weekend in September and enjoyed the backyard space! The property management was very responsive and even allowed us to check in an hour early which was very much appreciated by some of our group who was driving from Seattle. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

I stayed here with my family of 5 and my mother. The location was perfect for walks along the Willamette and convenient to access most of Springfield and Eugene. The house is very clean and updated. Most necessary amenities were included. We loved the nice, clean neighborhood and had a great stay!

The photos don’t do it justice, great little spot in a sweet neighborhood with great parks! It’s lacking pots/pans/bakewear so be prepared to be creative or pack them in but otherwise a fantastic place. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The Good News- The location is great. It was easy to find, just steps from pathways and a park, and accommodated we six adults pretty well. The queen beds were super comfy (the master king not so much) If you watch network tv, this isn’t the place for you. My group were all elderly... probably not an issue with younger folks. The Bad News- The house was filthy with dust, hair and mold especially in both bathrooms’ showers and tub. With COVID-19, it put us all at even a higher risk of exposure to germs and possible illness. I spoke with the homeowner by phone who was mortified and apologized. Pictures of the issues were sent as well. That was as far as it went. I had to clean before any of us could use. It put a real damper on our family Christmas. Regardless, my request for a partial refund has not gotten a response as of one week later.
