Location was great. Good cafe next door for breakfast. Such a good location to base yourself to see so much in the area. You could have stayed in Canterbury for the whole weekend to be honest. I had such a good experience of the owner who was very quick and responsive to my questions re parking.

I had a challenge with opening the sofa bed but have fed back and should have contacted straight away. My fault

È stato tutto perfetto durante il soggiorno di una settimana in questa struttura. Soprattutto la centralità della sua posizione è impagabile! Unica pecca dell'appartamento è la mancanza di tapparelle o persiane che impediscano l'entrata di troppa luce alle 6 del mattino (ma tutti gli appartamenti di Canterbury che ho visto hanno analoghe tendine). Inoltre l'angolo cottura era privo di un fornello che sarebbe stato utile per un soggiorno lungo come il mio...ad ogni modo nel complesso tutto ok, anche perché c'è comunque una cucina comune 👍

The location and the facilities were exceptional. It felt like a genuine home and a comfortable place to stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and made us feel really comfortable

I love staying at No 8 - fave in Canterbury - my grandchildren live in Castle Street!

We were in No 2 and people above us were rather noisy till about 1am but that wasn’t no 8 fault

Self catering so, no b/fast

Someone to check at least once if everything is ok. Appreciate receiving a code to let myself in but, what if I'm not okay? There was another resident who certainly needed help with managing codes to her door and kept knocking on my door to help her.

Everything was so clean and fresh. The building was warm and well equipped and it could not have been more central. Excellent value for money.

A really well looked after place with a good system for an unmanned hotel. Really loved it as a solo get away!

The only thing I wasn’t sure about was how I should leave the room when I checked out (e.g. bedding stripped) but this was such a minor thing and the whole stay was entirely stress free.
