We had a group of 11 stay at this VRBO and WOW! It's the perfect match of price and location. There's a bathroom for every bedroom, the amenities are up to date and nice, and the real star of the show was the view. The view from the rooftop alone would easily make me come back. About a 10 - 15 minute walk to the heart of the Gulch, and if you feel up for walking to Broadway bars that's about a 20 - 25 minute walk. There were a few dings in the walls where previous groups probably got a little roudy, and some of the towels felt a little old, but for a quick weekend stay it was perfect for what we needed.

The owner was super responsive prior to arrival and on checkin. The location is great to walk to 12th street S and The gulch- easy! The rooftop is awesome- we did yoga, drinks and hung out with the beautiful skyline of Nashville in the distance. The property had MORE than enough space and it was awesome that there is a bathroom for each sleeping room. all the appliances worked well. Thanks and we had a great long weekend.

Walkable location. Liked the rooftop. Great view. Plenty of beds for everyone. Recommend new sofas and repair ice machine.

Great place to stay. So convenient and spacious!!

Our overall stay was great. Location was fantastic, view was magnificent, plenty of beds, and so much more. We only had a few complaints. 1) We wish there was cleaning supplies so we could clean the counters and such 2) We also wish there was some soap for each shower (even if it was cheap soap). Coming from out of state we don’t want to go buy soap. 3) Couple of the exterior door handles were loose 4) The bathroom door on the third story had trouble closing. All together it was a wonderful stay and I’d recommend it again!

This a great property and a good location. Easy access to downtown and major roadways. Plenty of room for 8 golfers and gear. Rear entrance garage a nice plus. Easy check-in and checkout. Worth a look...

Great spot. Walk is a little far to downtown/broadway but house is awesome.

Great stay for our group of 13! We all had comfortable sleeping spots and SO much room to hang as a group - great kitchen/living space to decorate for occasions too. The rooftop was a fun spot to hang in between Broadway visits, and every Uber ride was less than 6 minutes away to Broadway/shopping/bars/restaurants. Tyler is quick with communication and was so helpful in giving us a few accommodations for early/late checkout. Would 10/10 stay here again!

This property worked for a college reunion for 10 friends. Everyone had their own bed and the 4 bathrooms worked out well. The rooftop view of the city makes the place! There are a lot of stairs so your party needs to be able to handle them and there are a lot of rules- more than any other VRBO I've rented (i.e., $5 for every one minute you're late checking out.) Tyler, the property manager was very easy to work with and very responsive.

This house was perfect for our weekend in Nashville! Super close to everything and had an amazing rooftop!

The property was exactly as described. Check in was easy. The place was clean, plenty of bedrooms, and walking distance to many attractions. We would not hesitate to stay there again when in Nashville.

This property was awesome for my sisters bachelorette party! Everyone had their own beds and bathrooms attached to each bedroom were perfect. The roof top was great for evening activities. Uber rides downtown were only 5min and usually under $10. Would stay here again when visiting Nashville.

The property was exactly as advertised. The communication with the owner exceeded my expectations! Tyler was quick to respond and happy to answer questions. We LOVED the roof top patio. And we liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There are ALOT of steps to navigate in the house, but that was advertised as well. Several members of our group walked/scootered to Broadway. It was quick and convenient. We'd stay here again!

Loved the rooftop patio and all the available beds! Very comfortable beds and wonderful kitchen facilities. Close to fun restaurants and bars with easy access to DT. All bathrooms well supplied, towels were very clean but a little worn. Overall very clean - some paint touchups in staircase would be nice. Living room couches aren't very comfortable, but ok. Will stay there again.

When our flight to Nashville was cancelled on the day of arrival, Tyler and the owner were kind enough to extend our stay one more night on the back end so we maintained our 3 nights. We were so grateful!!
