Lovely cosy room.

the bed was comfortable

the pictures lie, the living area is not separate and nor is the kitchen area, like the pictures make out. instead the couch is directly at the foot of the bed and tat face the kitchen with a 2ft walk way. so everything is all in one room! any cooking means the whole place including your clothes smell of what you've just cooked. the £100 deposit was taken off us as the host claimed he could smell smoke (Not suprising when the kitchen is in the same room and you burn your toast in the morning) and also clained that there was apparently ash in a scented candle (That we had found in the kitchen cupboard. i am still waiting for evidence of this ash to prove why he thinks he can keep my money!!!

The convenience of the location opposite a 24hour petrol garage . The view was nice

Bathroom had not been cleaned properly spiders webs everywhere with spiders to the dislike of my partner who hates spiders. Carpet had not been hoovered as their was rubbish from previous users under the table and in the bedroom . And I'd recommend opening all blinds and curtains before new tenants arrive as it was mid morning and it was all dark in the house just a tip not a dislike 😉

Wasn't able to book parking last minute

The studio apartment was perfect. Bed was comfortable, room was a good temperature, kitchen facilities were exactly what you need. Bathroom was clean and shower pressure good. Overall great experience and good value.

Just wish I had known a little more about the parking space avaliable to book and how much they cost. We managed to find street parking but wasn’t that easy. Otherwise we were very happy

Location is excellent; well equipped room and friendly helpful staff. This was our second visit and we would definitely return.

Small housekeeping issues eg: Cutlery and dishes left in dishwasher from previous guests but they were clean. Shower drainage was poor on day 1 but appeared rectified on day 2. Only one towel for two people. Room was hot, perhaps a fan could be included in the apartment

staff were very kind at arrival and the check in was very fast as they send you an email before you arrive so you can check in online. The apartment was very nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were down Cardiff for the WWE event at the Principality stadium and these apartments are a 5 minute walk from the stadium which was great. Also very close to Cardiff Castle and the town centre so this made our 2 night stay perfect.

Great location, the room exceeded our expectations, great value for money.

My only issue was it was too warm at night.

really clean, decorated nicely. The facilities were excellent. the location was excellent.

the only issue we had was that the walls were quite thin and we could hear people talking throughput the night. this was a real shame, because otherwise it was perfect!

Host was extremely helpful on the phone prior to arrival regarding an early check-in. Building was easy to find and arrival instructions good. Apartment was very clean and modern, well laid out. No noise from other apartments. Will definitely stay again!

There was only one set of towels in the bathroom. Didn’t matter for one night, but would prefer 2 bath towels for 2 guests!
