From the fact that it had no sign post and i had to pay the taxi extra to keep searching , to the EXTREMELY rude and insultive manager, to the presentation, security, i wont advice even an enemy to lodge there, especially if you are female.

I have stayed during 5 days and everything was very nice ,clean, big house,good internet, kitchen ok I just think the location was a bit far away but you need a car or taking a bus for everything in LA anyway and the price is low.

I had no car so I was a bit far from things but lots of buses to go everywhere near by

The neighborhood and it was not clean the room. They were not personal for cleaning.

The men are rude, there are too many rules, that don't make sense,

very close to shopping and freeway access. on-site manager very helpful and friendly. Already recommended to friends who travel.

Place has a lot of mentally disabled people there and they do a lot of drugs there....!!!!IF YOU CRAZY PEOPLE AND LIKE TO DO DRUGS AND BE AT YELLED AT AND LIVING CONDITIONS ARE HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING!!!!

I appreciate the hospitality of the landlord. Communication was easy and if I had any questions they were answered within a reasonable time frame. The room I was in was decent. Most of the guest were quite friendly.

My main concern would be the sanitary conditions which are a health hazard. I noticed that there was a lot of dust which aggravated my respiratory allergies. Also, the bathrooms had a lot of dirt and grime. The fridge could be cleaned out.

Location

I was attacked and nearly raped. They called the police on me because I realized they were doing illegal activity. I didn’t snitch, but was sent to jail. They released me with no charges. I left on the 15 and would like a refund.
