Near LAX which was the only reason for the booking as we had an AM flight to EWR. Room was clean and comfortable and remarkably quiet given its location near the final approach for the most often used runways at LAX

No water glasses in room. Just cups for the coffee machine. The phone did not work so we could not leave a wake up call. The breakfast buffet was awful. And worst of all, no shuttle to the airport which is why we booked it thinking that it must have one. It does not. Had to use Lyft to get to LAX

Just about the dirtiest hotel I've been in my life. Stains everywhere in the hotel, with lots of peeling wallpaper. The first room we entered had...dried...human body fluid on the sheets. We had a very short layover with no time to check into another place, so we asked for another room. They did, and the next room was better, but still had a shower faucet that was mostly broken. The room itself smelled strongly of cleaning fluid, but given the previous room, this was a plus. Sparse breakfast accompanied by a swarm of flies. Shuttle stopped running at 11pm, meaning we needed an Uber to get there. Then in the morning it left at random times and not on schedule, meaning we had to Uber in the morning as well.

very dirty and it smelled and it had roaches in the room checked in. Laugh out immediately. Never going back there again lots of Black people ghetto people didn’t feel safe leaving my car outside and sanitize the rooms.
