nice property, garden untidy and could have been made to look better

The beds were very comfortable.
The location was good for our purposes (in the area for a family funeral)
Shower was good ( once we got the boiler working)
Good facilities, also outdoor.
Would have appreciated instruction manuals for appliances but most importantly instructions how to operate the boiler.
Access to Freeview television channels would have been better too.
Smoke alarm in kitchen went off with toast burning- poor location for this.
Kitchen well equipped but teapot would have been welcome.

location was great for what we needed, so nice being so close to the ParkRun
The cracked glass, I needed to clean the hob before we used it, unfortunately the fences had been blow down so we weren’t able to use the garden but it was pretty cold.
