Our family had a fantastic experience staying at the house, we were in town for my son’s graduation from UO! The location is perfect, cute neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants. The owner was very nice and quick to respond! The house was clean and comfortable and perfect place for our small family gathering! Would definitely stay again and recommend!

This well appointed home is close to everything Eugene has to offer, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The home is very clean and has wonderful remodel upgrades like the kitchen, master bath and closet. It was so nice to wake up in the morning with heated tile floors in the master bathroom. The kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops, eye pleasing color scheme and high end appliances and fixtures. You can definitely tell there is pride in ownership of this home. Thank you for sharing it!

Our family and friend visited Eugene to see our daughter who is attending UofO and go to the Ducks Football game v Cal. The house was fantastic and a great location. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing a clean, safe and easy stay for all of us!

The property was excellent and met all of our needs. We were in town because my daughter was competing in the Junior Olympics at Hayward Field. The house is located only a short drive from Hayward so it made it really easy to get to and from the track. In addition, it was really nice to have a kitchen that we could use and continue our normal routine before meets. The house is clean and was perfect for our family of four. It is located right across from several good food places! We will definitely stay here again if competing in the area.

We have projects in the area and not only was the house comfortable, we had great parking for our work vans. Will certainly stay here for future visits!

We very much enjoyed our stay, location was convenient to downtown, interstate, parkway shopping mall and groceries as well Autzen stadium. We would definitely stay here again.
The only reason I gave it an overall 4 star was because for a family of 6 it Was a little hard to converse and relax together. After four wheeling in the sand dunes and after a rainy college game day and chilly football we wanted to relax and watch the baseball game or college fb next to the fire place. There wasn’t enough “ comfortable seating” we had to use dining chairs. Also wished there was covered containers for stargaze for left ivers to be stored and reheated.
However, we very much enjoyed the home, amnesties, location and communication with the owners.

A lovely living room and dining room, and conveniently spaced bedrooms. We as the grandparents had our private space which was great. The mattresses in the larger rooms were on the soft side and we had to use all our agility for the height of our mattress. That being said, it's a great listing and so close to anything you could want in the great town of Eugene.

Great location and house! Convenient location. House very cute and homey. Great communication with host and allowed us a late checkout so my infant could nap before our flight home. Very thankful! Only complaint is very soft beds that left us with sore backs after a week, and unsupportive pillows. Other than that, no complaints!

We have a couple of rental properties and have stocked with such items. A nice little touch should one not travel/fly ;-) with them.

Great location and master bedroom
Stayed with my toddler and another set of friends. Loved that the master was on the other side of the house. The closet was so big that we set up his pack n play in there to make a little baby den. Master bath is gorgeous.

We were in town for the Nike Outdoor Nationals and my athlete could not have been taken better care of. The location, the house, the adjustments, it was absolutely perfect.
If NON is hosted in Eugene again next year, we will be sure to stay with Sonja again. It was out of this world!

This property is well situated, close to shopping and restaurants and ease of accessibility to major highways. There's plenty of venues close by to places if you don't want to drive far. Great area for morning walks in a nice neighborhood and a very well presented home for comfort during your stay. I'll definitely choose this home again when visiting Eugene!

This home is quite lovely. It was the perfect place for our family to enjoy our weekend in Eugene for our daughter's graduation from the U of O. Our stay at this home was great in its comfort, amenities, and proximity to very easy groceries and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace to relax after running and in early mornings when the temperatures outside were still chilly or after being out in the rain. Very pretty neighborhood and lovely house.

This property is a VRBO all-star. Exactly what this group of moms was expecting to spend a weekend with our U of O students. The interiors are very comfortable and neatly decorated. The exteriors are beautifully maintained and especially beautiful in the lush Spring blooms. We had a nice walks to get coffee in the mornings and made a delicious dinner for kids on Saturday night in a very well appointed kitchen. Check in and check out processes were a breeze. I will definitely be returning to the great location in a quiet and convenient neighborhood!!!
