Hot water was always available. Provided us with electric Heater since it is cold at night. I also liked the fact that the TV was smart. Friendly staff

The toilet was making water sound all the time. It can be irritating especially at night trying to sleep. Hope they fix it.

It was close to the FNB stadium. It was clean and safe.

Not all parkings had shade. The aircon didn’t work and there was no extra toilet paper. The wifi didn’t work. And it was difficult to do your hair and makeup since there is no mirror close to a power outlet.

Firstly, the staff was welcoming and friendly, we felt at home away from home. The security fencing gave us a sense of safety. The place is easily accessible from major highway roads heading into Johannesburg city centre, and there is easy access to many other attraction points, e.g. South Gate, Gold Reef City, FNB Stadium, etc. In house media entertainment was a cherry on top! WE LOVED OUR STAY!

I made my booking almost a month in advance only then made an upgrade to a bigger room a few days later, made direct payment for the upgrade only to get to the venue and be told they gave my reservation to of the bigger room to someone else. This was never communicated to me. I had to settle for the tiny room they chose for me and to make things even worse there was no water in the facility when we arrived and needed to shower. I asked for my refund i was given the run around until later on the day i was suppose to check out . My whole experience was awful. I will never book that guest house totally unprofessional.

We didn’t have breakfast but the location was great, I took really beautiful pictures, the lighting was amazing. It was peaceful, clean and value for money. It was at a good price and the experience was great. I would really love to go back again

The staff doesn’t really have any service. They just showed us the room and that was it. They didnt let us know what they offer or dont, they just let us figure out everything on our own. But nonethe less theres a lady named Princess that was really sweet

Close to Gold Reef City so it was easy to find. The room had most of the standard amenities.

The electric blanket did not work and it was freezing cold. The wall heater alleviated the cold - a bit. The booking stated we could order dinner and breakfast however when we ordered she said there was no meat - as in, there was no food to order.

The room are nice and clean.
