Good central location, heaps of free amenities, services and facilities such as nice buffet breakfast (with many food and beverage options), free cocktail happy hour, on-site onsen and ability to choose your pillow. The staff were very helpful. The room we stayed in was on the smaller side but it was fine, and very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay, and we would definitely consider staying with Super Hotel in the future.

部屋がツインでかなり狭かった。横歩きしないとテレビの所は通れないし、隣のベッドまで近過ぎる。 あとお風呂が狭く団体客が多い日だったので、空いてくる23時まで入れなかった。

Cleaning

hot spa, spa toiletries, drinking water was good. Great location.

breakfast was little off for vegetarian people. Rooms are little tight with no wardrobe.

The onsen was v good. Room was good and comfy as well. The hotel also has washing machine which was free and dryer which costs a bit. The buffet breakfast was very delicious, and it included a plate with 6 indents for you to better portion your food and not overeat. Guidemaps at the hotel was very useful. And all the staff were exceedingly polite and greet you every time you meet them.

The onsen could only accommodate 5 people at a time as it was quite small.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and centrally located.

Staff were good but lacked the polish and welcoming that I have come to expect from hotels, hostels, ryokans and hotels alike.

Clean room

Bathroom too small so you couldn’t move at all. You can’t have shower properly and bath you couldn’t move so very uncomfortable to use .
