Thanks for the great stay for my nieces graduation. She loved the bunk beds, games, big backyard and the ball and bat and soccer ball left for her to play. Thanks for much for the added touches. Highly recommend!

Rachel was awesome because communication went really well. She went above and beyond by being flexible with our check in time because we were driving down from MN. The rooms are well taken care of and it was very comfortable. Never had an issue. Will definitely book again if we're in the area.

Rachel was a very kind and efficient host. She reached out before and during the stay to make sure everything was set and going well. The house had plenty of towels, pillows and bedding. All hardwood or tile floors made it easy to know the place was clean and well kept. We were given access to the garage and anything we needed. Close to shopping, the highway and plenty of amazing food options! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house was clean and comfortable!. Great for families. We had access to a garage for our vehicle. Keypad entry. Check in/out process was simple. Communication with the owner was clear. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for a few days while looking for a home to buy in the area. This was a nice central location for us. The house was nice and clean and spacious. It would have been nice if the cooking equipment was a little better quality.

Everything you look for in a VRBO was here. Clean house, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, bedding, and dishes. Outdoors fully stocked with charcoal grill and fire pit. Convenient to town and bicycle paths. Quiet neighborhood and big yard. And the owners were quick to respond to any and all questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home close to downtown Bentonville. Decor and appliances are modern. Kitchen is fully equipped. Host, Rachal stopped by early in our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Three nice bedrooms, super quite neighborhood. Enjoyed using the outdoor barbecue and the firepit during out stay. Highly recommend this home for families and couples. Thanks

Our family enjoyed the spaciousness and location. The house sits minutes away from all major Bentonville activities. Small critiques include lack of sponge for dish cleaning, minimal kitchen utensils and dishes and a few lightbulbs were out. Also an extremely high master bed. I’d recommend place to friends and family for sure.

The VRBO was perfect for resting between adventures! The door code checkin, calm setting, dark rooms, and comfy sheets kept us rested and replenished for music festival romps. I found the in-garage repair stands and tools to be very impressive!

There are not enough superlatives for me to use concerning 1206. It was so clean, clean, clean!!! Everything one would need in the kitchen!! Even two kinds of coffee pots! It was wonderful to be able to have an attached garage to use. Master shower was excellent!! There were just the two of us but I would highly recommend this place for a family. It is also located with easy access to everything!! We would not hesitate to use 1206 time and time again!!

We came from Texas to visit family. This house is remodeled nicely and very clean. We could tell a lot of time and thought was put into it. You can get to so many activities and locations from this house. There was a lot of information in the home and the hostess was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely book again in the future!

Great location and great house. We stayed 4 nights at the property and would definitely go back! Host was incredible at communication and so accommodating to our group. We had three adults a 4 year old and a 2 year old. Great space to prep and get ready for a family wedding in Bentonville. Great location right across from Buttered Biscuit and I-49!

We were moving here from Out of state, and looking for an Air B&B to stay while our new house is being renovated. This house is fully furnished and everything is super thoughtful inside for a family with little kids (they even included a welcome basket that’s filled with fireworks and sparklers since we checked in right before July 4th.) The location of the house is convenient as well, seconds away from good restaurants and minutes away from Walmart neighborhood market and Sam’s Club. But it’s still away from the Main Street, so it’s nice and quiet. In addition, we can’t thank the host enough for their accommodations and great hospitality, super fast and nice response. If we need to have a place to stay again, we would choose this one again in a heartbeat. Highly highly recommend! Thank you for letting us stay!

Nice, spacious, and close to interstate (easy getting to/from).

This house was gorgeous and so comfortable. Everything we needed for a visit with our grandchildren.

We stayed for a couple nights to explore Bentonville as a last-minute trip. I’m so glad we found this property! There was plenty of room for 3 people and it was very comfortable. Great location and central to restaurants and attractions too. Awesome value!
