I like the communication from the host that kept my informed about each step. The extra folding bad was great too because each guest can get a separate bed. The BBQ oven was the bonus and we used it twice.
There was bit of dust and a dead bug in the one of the folding bed probably that was not used for a while. Other than then the whole house was clean and spotless. The house cleaner did an excellent job.

The host was amazing, the communication was great they answered right away, the place was clean and lots of space to accommodate all my guests, i would definitely book again.

Excellent location next to blue mountains in quiet area with nice spacious rooms.
not much…just a few essential cutleries were not present (tea spoons), tv was rebooting itself quite often en one bedroom lamp had no power socket nearby. for the rest it was very complete.

Everything!! Layout was great. There was enough room for everyone and the location was perfect. Beds and couch were very comfortable.

Beautiful and spacious place with a cozy atmosphere. Everything is in great condition and amazing interior design. The backyard is very spacious with a bbq and a big table perfect for an outdoor lunch or dinner. Plus it's very close to the mountain and village.

Quiet and cozy but close too shopping and attractions.
Could use a little maintenance and the benches outside needed to be cleaned out.

Facilities and space of the house

Location, space and the bar were the best parts of this place. It’s very comfortable and the couch/table accommodated the entire family. All the cookware was in great shape and there was lots of room to park. You are also a quick 5 min walk to a small private beach and close to both historic downtown Collingwood, blue mountain, and the spa. BBQ and fire pit were great too.
The toilets, sinks, sheets and towels were very clean. However, a few minutes in white socks walking around turned them quickly black. The place is lovely but it’s about time for a thorough clean. The floors need cleaned, the one washroom could use a small face lift and the other needs some grouting/caulking, bit of mildew or something. Some of the doors, walls, and cabinets could use a touch up and there were a lot of spider webs hanging from the ceilings and dust around the vents. It’s a fantastic place I would highly recommend but does seem about ready for a good thorough clean.
