To begin, the pictures don’t do the property justice. It is much nicer in person. The house was the perfect size for 7 adults. Inside was clean and wonderfully appointed. Everything needed for meal prep, along with a gas grill on patio. The backyard and pool were great. Between the tropical landscape, and the fence, it offered total privacy. With the covered patio and comfortable furniture, it was great to sit out of the sun in between dips in the pool. Plenty of pool toys are in the garage, along with a wagon, chairs, umbrellas and everything you’d need for a day at the beach. Speaking of beach, the house location is great. It’s only a short walk to the beach, or to the park at the Indian river. Great restaurants, bars, and cafes are within walking distance, or only a short drive. My family and I had a great stay at Pelican Pier, and hope to stay there again in the future.

We had 7 adults (all the immediate family) staying for the week. Property was great! Very clean! Well laid out house! Enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach! Went to the Kennedy Space Center from here - very easy drive! Family all had a wonderful relaxing week at the beach and in the pool! Would definitely return!

The house, location and attention to detail was excellent. We were thankful to have super nice beach equipment for our use as well as the swimming pool in the backyard and pool floats. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing reunion with family. Thank you!

This home is the most well appointed we have ever rented. Pictures do not do justice for the spaciousness and decor. It is so relaxing and so many extras like kitchen spices, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, beach equipment. The pool is wonderful- the backyard is private. Outside gas grill with gas, and spotless. The walk to the beach is about 5-8 minutes when pulling the beach wagon( included) and coolers and chairs. We will return :)

Loved the house and pool. Everything was great and I would recommend to a friend. The only drawbacks: I like a door on my bathroom. There is just a level of venerability when your naked without a door. Check out was 10am and we were responsible to strip the beds. There was a $200+ cleaning fee. Cleaning people get paid to do less and get paid more. Small annoyance for a great house and location.

This property was the perfect size for our family get together of 5 adults and a toddler. Everyone has plenty of space and Greg was very responsive and accommodating. We loved walking to the breach in the morning and then hanging out in the beautiful backyard by the pool in the afternoon while our little guy took a nap. Highly recommend this place!

This is our third stay at Pelican Pier! Greg is an exceptional host! It has been our family vacation destination for the last two years and has been a great spot to make memories with our adult children! We love the location with proximity to the beach, river, Melbourne Market and restaurants. We will be returning!

Every year our family spends a week in Melbourne beach and this house was amazing in every way. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous, and the back yard was a great place to spend the day while enjoying the sun and pool. This house is perfectly located in the heart of Melbourne Beach and has plenty of restaurants, shops, and the beach within walking distance. I’d recommend this house to everyone!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Pelican Pier! The house layout was perfect for our group to gather, the pool/patio area was fabulous and the location was so convenient. The owners were great to work with -we were impressed how the outlets, faucets, etc were labeled for easy use… You will want to add this property to your MLB rental list!

My family enjoyed their stay! The house was spotless upon arrival. Greg was easy to communicate with. We had cold weather and the pool just could not keep up (heater). Greg refunded us the pool fee. He was very available and even stopped by to bring us a Christmas gift. I’ve used VRBO many times over the years but have never physically seen an owner. He goes above and beyond. Thank you!!

Great location to beach, river, restaurants and stores.

This is a great place to get away and enjoy yourself, quiet neighborhood close to the beach very close to all kinds of places to eat. The home is very clean all modern everything works just like it is suppose to.

The house was properly stocked with accommodations needed for a great vacation time without running out every day for something at a store each time you want to do something. Host was great and fast to respond the one time I reached out to him.

Greg's house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 6 adults, a 4 months old baby girl and a 4 year old active little guy. The home was well equipped with everything you could need including a pack and play & sheets for the little one. Beach toys, umbrellas and a wagon are in the garage and beach towels are provided to make your beach days enjoyable. Great location to access groceries, seafood market and restaurants. We made our meals at homes & the kitchen was well equipped. Back yard is spacious with sun loungers, large eating area, BBQ and another sitting area to accommodate your needs. Greg was a great host, with prompt communication and attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommended this vacation home.

Greg did an absolute amazing job as the host of this property for our stay. He was extremely accommodating with special requests and his communication back and forth was instant. It was clear that a lot of thought was put into the little details of what makes people on vacation comfortable down to many items you may forget like toiletries/towels/beach and pool gear. The condition of the home was outstanding, extremely spacious, and luxurious setting outside by the pool. The master especially was a dream room. We were there with 4 kids and we had all the room we could ever ask for and then some. When we arrived we were met with a binder going over every detail about the house, what/how to work tvs/appliances/utilities, local restaurants/activities, and just general questions about the area. I would look to stay at this property or any of the Pelican properties again in a heartbeat or recommend anybody I know to do the same as it was the very best stay in a home that we've ever experienced.

The property was just a beautiful as the pictures showed. Pool was perfect for the kids to swim at play while we were not at the beach. The manager was so quick to respond with all questions and very helpful. I really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

We had such a great experience at Pelican Pier! Greg is an amazing host! He reached out after we arrived to make sure everything was going well, and responded immediately to any questions we had. The house was clean, super cute, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! We loved our walks to the beach each day and watching the sun set over the river. The beach was never crowded, even though we were there over a holiday weekend. The town is so nice, and we enjoyed some great meals at the local restaurants. We loved every minute of our stay. Just wish it had been longer. Thanks Greg for a perfect vacation!

House was even better than described. Particularly the privacy of the back yard and beautiful landscaping. Roomy, well equipped. Nicely furnished. Instant response from Greg/owner. Not a single complaint.

We loved our stay! Communication with Greg was seamless, the house was clean, updated and well stocked. The backyard & pool was a relaxing spot to hang and read while the kiddos played in the water! A short drive to shops and restaurants. We hope to stay again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were traveling with 3 young children, so having a comfortable, clean and safe place to stay was really important. This property covered all three of those extremely well. Additionally, Greg who manages the property, was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Lastly, at least for us, the location was perfect; walking distance to nice beaches, close enough to amenities to easily get anything we needed, but enough still enough space to enjoy some peace and relaxation. Would definitely stay again!

Although it looked very good on VRBO, the actuality was better. The property was extraordinarily neat and clean. The master bedroom suite was on one side of the house and the other ensuite bedroom and the two others were down the hall from it Thus creating the master with some privacy. The pool was large enough for us all (5) including two 8 year old playful boys. The pool and beach equipment was plentiful and some brand new. Kitchen was conveniently located to oversee the pool and well equipped. Outside covered patio was comfortable and the variety of furniture/equipment allowed for the area to have multiple uses. The back landscaping provided privacy from surrounding properties and the outside pool/lawn lighting made for a warm ambiance when the sun went down. I had a hard time getting my grandchildren out of the pool. The beach was very walkable and the the sunsets over the bay were beautiful with neighbors gathering to watch from the little park area at the end of the street (it is a quiet neighborhood). The owner was accessible, pleasant and very helpful. This was probably the best vacation rental we have had and we would go there again in a heartbeat. The grandsons claim it was their best vacation ever! Enough said...

This was our second stay in this lovely home! It is a great location in a quiet neighborhood, but with many things in close proximity. The beach is a short walk away. There are several local restaurants close by that are very good, and the Melbourne Market is a gem! My husband and son played golf at the course that was just down the street multiple times, as well as exploring other courses that were in the area. We enjoyed the pool every day! Greg is a great host! We certainly appreciate the opportunity to escape Iowa winter and stay in this lovely home!

We were pleased to find many things in this home that might not be expected in a rental - pool inflatables, beach chairs, numerous items in the kitchen for cooking.

Situated between the river and beach, this spacious home provides everything you need. The layout is conducive for a large group both inside and out. Many seating areas around the pool to relax in or out of the sun. Thank you Greg for the well thought out environment to vacation.

We loved staying here! The house was so clean and had all the essentials to start us off. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and stores and even the beach! Greg is wonderful to work with, responsive and makes sure his guests are comfortable and enjoy his home. The pool was warm and we spent most days there. Hope to visit and rent from him again soon!
