Loved this property - very clean and well located. Pool was great and safe for young children. Everything we needed and more! Hope to come back again!

Wonderful place to stay for a family! Property manager provided two pack and plays which was extremely helpful since we had two under 1 year olds. Very clean and convenient. Many beach accessories, including toys for toddlers. Only 5 minute walk to beach.

This is an incredible home that is just as described. What a great time we had and I have nothing negative to say. The home easily accommodated the six of us. Everything was clean and taken care of. Loved all the beach stuff and bikes in the garage. Even had corn hole! We wanted a weekend that we could just chill by the pool and do nothing but relax. Exactly what we were looking for. We will be back! In fact, I’m trying reserve it now which reminded me to complete the review!

We had a fantastic long weekend at Melbourne Beach and this house played a huge part in that experience. Location to the beach, the way the house accommodates a group, yet allows individual spaces. This was a great stay for my family. First, Erica is a very responsive and very accommodating host. She answered all my questions prior to our stay, and tried to have everything available for us with beach gear, info on places to go / things to do, etc. The house was as listed and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was great, and my kids used it almost as much as the beach. The beach was a short walk away and, while a public beach, it was not crowded at all even during our stay in July. The house had everything we needed and has been updated. Definitely a "highly recommend". I would not hesitate to say with Erica again. 5 stars plus!

The house was amazing. The area and house give you that old Florida beach charm feeling with resort style amenities. The house is very spacious, clean and decorated with light beach style colors. The beach is just a short walk away and the private pool with the tropical landscaping was fantastic. There were also plenty of beach items that were available to use which was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family was very pleased with this house, the location and the beach! Loved having the private beach!! Enjoyed the pool too! House was just perfect for our family vacation and definitely would stay here again!

This is the perfect place for family, we had a 6 year old, a 5 month old and 6 adults and all the extras to make things easy to vacation with a baby were absolutely wonderful! All of the beds are super comfy and the pool and private beach access made this out best vacation to date! Erica is a dream to communicate with and cares about her guests. We will be back! We would highly recommend this property to others. Everything about the house was great. Only a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean. We had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Erica was always very responsive if we ever need anything. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great time this week. Erica was very attentive and she is a great host. She noticed there was a little sand in the pool from the last guests and she had the pool cleaned at 8 am the very next morning before we even mentioned anything to her. We have been using vrbo rentals multiple times over the years and we had no issues with this well kept, clean home. It was a pleasant short walk to a quiet private beach thru a neighborhood of beautiful homes. There was a nice crystal clear pool in the backyard with a grill for fun family times. We are grateful to have found this home.

Our family (4 adults and 2 children under 6) had a wonderful time at this beautiful property right near the beach. The pool area was landscaped with many tropical plants and was very relaxing. The beach was a simple 5 minute walk to a private entrance where we sat next to no one the whole week. House was roomy, well taken care of and very clean. 10 minute walk down the beach to a beach dive restaurant/bar we went to multiple times called Sand on the Beach. Erica is amazing to communicate with and she provides of all the basics for our stay! (soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent, beach towels, etc) We have been to many rentals and this one was top notch and would definitely recommend it was a family who wants a relaxing stay near the beach with a private pool in the backyard. Thanks again Erica!

House is clean and comfortable and is as advertised. It was the perfect size for our group of 6 adults and 2 young kids. The fenced in pool was a major plus! Erica was great in getting us a pack-n-play, and working with the cleaners to get us in a little earlier than check in. She was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place. Second time we’ve stayed here. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance of the beach that is very quiet. Our grandson had a a lot of fun playing in the sand and water. Love the area-lots of good restaurants and we always find lots to do.

The house was a great place for a family gathering. The weather was outstanding while we were there and we visited the beach and used the pool every day. The property and grounds were clean and well cared for. The property manager/owner, Erica, was very responsive and made our visit very comfortable and relaxing. We definitely would book again.

The property was super clean and I really appreciated that after a long travel day. We were welcomed by some treats left for us by the host. The house was roomy and comfortable. We did not use the pool because the weather was cool and it was not heated. We would like to return when the weather is just a bit warmer to take advantage of the outdoor space and the water. This is an incredible house! Exactly as advertised, the house offered plenty of amenities. It was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The location is close to the beach and the downtown. Host, Erica was superb! She was attentive to whatever our needs were during our stay. We will definitely be back next year!

Love the property and location. Short walk to beach, beautiful sunrises, quick drive into town. Host was very responsive. Property was clean and had plenty of room. Seeing the turtle tracks up and down the beach was amazing. We really enjoyed out stay.

We have such an awesome time with our family. The house is beautiful, has everything you need to have and awesome time. Erika was great, we had a small issue and was resolved immediately. Our boys (8 and 5 years) love the pool and to run around the whole house, our parents had a blast, the only downside is our vacations where over to soon. Highly recommend this place,we will go back in a heartbeat.

This was a great stay! House was super clean and located perfectly. There were supplies, more than I expected and needed. House is close to the beach and that makes it so easy to go back and forth. Overall everyone in the family enjoyed the stay here. Thanks for sharing this amazing spot.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the Kennedy Space Center, which was about a 45 min drive away. While enjoying the beach that's only about a 3 block walk from the house, we were able to see the SpaceX rocket that launched on the 2nd day we were there. The house itself is laid out really well for extended families and/or several couples and 3 of the bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice as well. The only negative was that the room they used for the 4th bedroom looked like it had been a large walk in closet that had been converted to a bedroom. It was extremely small and had no vent in it so when our adult son closed the doors to sleep it got hot in there. There was a ceiling fan but it wasn't able to cool the room. and he couldn't leave the door open as our 3 grandsons were sleeping on the couches in the adjacent living room and they got up way before he did. A small window unit would be a great addition to that room. Other than that it was great and I would highly recommend.
