We had a bad leak from the air conditioner in the house and the whole floor was wet and the whole walkway and it took them three days to get it fixed. We had to walk with them in wet water back-and-forth and keep putting towels down. There was several other things wrong with that was the main thing I was concerned about and it just took forever and one of the kids fell and hurt themselves because of the water and nobody would do anything about it and everybody wanted to blame it on everybody else, and it was a dang nightmare in the Owner was out of town and was not helping getting the matter fixed either. Not sure if I would stay again for the reasons that the fact that they didn’t take care of issues when you needed them fixed and I had to deal with people on the phone for four days of my vacation trying to get it fixed , I’m not getting any help. Definitely going to be asking for some sort of refund.

The house was a great choice for our large group. Very comfortable, clean & spacious. The pool & game room were a great feature. The house could use more kitchen supplies for cooking. A couple pieces of furniture were broken and the hot tub jets weren’t working. They did come check on it but it was never fixed. Overall it was a good experience.

This property worked great for our family vacation to Disney. The location is minutes from Disney parks and close to many restaurants while still in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very spacious and fit our group wonderfully. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was nice and spacious, however it smelt of smoke. In the pictures online it showed toys for the kids, there were none. We visited in January and spent extra for heated pool. The pool never got warm along with the hot tub. I would stay again just ask for a different place and not pay for the heat.

There are broken pieces of furniture (toilet paper roll, railing going upstairs, vacuum to name a few), peeling wall paper, and nails sticking out of floor (in front of laundry). Be very careful with little ones. We're told several times to leave house clean, but the vacuum provided is broken. Food particles left under furniture. The neighborhood is super sketchy- you get what you pay for. We had to call police and rowdy, fighting, cursing neighbors on two separate occasions at 4am. This home is not worth the headache, spend a little more elsewhere. We sent photos to mgmt of broken items and never heard a response, but we requested heat turned on pool (extra charge) and they came immediately....that doesn't work well either btw.

House was great size. Plenty of space for everyone. Could use more mixing bowls and cookware. Pot holders would be great as well. Staff responded to our questions and needs quickly. Sweeper was broke and he had one delivered the next morning. Overall our stay was amazing.

Great family vacation spot

This place is absolutely beautiful! We had 21 family members with us and everyone enjoyed all the amenities! However, we had bathroom outlet failures and no bathroom outlet in the entire facility worked. We stayed 6 days, and called maintenance 3 times and it was never addressed.

My family and I enjoyed the house. It was just as described. My grandchildren loved the theme rooms, and my husband and children loved that the house was big enough to accommodate us. Our first but not last booking.

Awesome place to stay. There's nothing I could say negative about the property. Its very convenient to get around to where you need to go.

One problem was it took couple days to have someone come out to clean pool. Other problem was outlets in most of the bathrooms would not work. They went out of our Day 5 of our week stay. I’m sure it was probably a circuit breaker but when I called maintenance they were not able to tell us how to correct this. Overall I would still give this a five star. Place was so clean and absolutely perfect for our huge family.

It's a nice place. Each place is very much on top of one another, so we had some loud folks on both sides of us. All in all it was good.

The house could be alittle more clean but overall good experience. Would use them again.

The location was amazing nice rooms big enough, the only thing was the sheets were dirty in the master bedroom the sheets had blood .

Lots of space, great location, and comfortable beds! I recommend paying to heat the pool, we used it a lot! The resort pools are not heated so we didn’t stay at those pools long.

We really liked the location of this vacation home! It was very clean but could use a good deep clean on vents if I were being picky! More kitchen towels and hot pads would be helpful as we cooked a little. Loved the washer and drier! We loved the size and I would book it again!!!

we came back to storey lake with a large group of people for this vacation and chose this house for the size. We love the location being so close to the parks! However, we quickly noticed it lacked some of the essential items to cook with, and the images of the play room with a tent and toys is completely staged. The playroom and the way it looks in the pictures was one of our main factors for coming to this specific hous compared to other similar sized ones so it was really disappointing. The other part was that it was not clean. The floors were so dirty, wr found socks, old moldy food under a bed, old socks, and surprisingly broken glass in multiple locations. It’s a miracle if he baby and two 2 year olds didn’t get cut or hurt on it during our stay. We found about 6 different pieces.

The house was very large and handled our entire family with no problem at all. The themed rooms were fantastic and the furniture was comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and well cared for.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It is located close to Disney Parks, shopping and restaurants. The home was very clean. Definitely recommend staying here!!

This property is exactly what is shown! What you see is exactly what you get! My family and I enjoyed our stay! It sits in an area where you don’t have to go far for anything. It took us only 15 min to get to Disney! Amazing place! Would definitely recommend and visit again!

The property was EXACTLY like the pictures my family and friends LOVED it there. I can't say anything bad about our stay. We had a few minor issues but they were taken care of right away. The property is only minutes away from Disney and there were a variety of places to shop and pick-up all of those last min items that you forgot to pack. I will say that if you are traveling with a large group please make sure that you bring towels because we were a group of 18 we had to go to Walmart to grab some and the selection was very slim due to the fact that others had to do the same. Other than that I would highly recommend this property for you Disney stay.

A group of 20 of us stayed here for a week, as our kids were in a competition hosted at ESPN. I was worried about location due to the lack of reviews (mainly because the house is so new). I’m here to tell you- we plan on booking this house, and probably one or two next to it, every time our kids qualify for this competition. It’s literally 2 minutes away from a SuperTarget, 5 min away from Sam’s Club. Getting to the parks? 15 min of easy highway driving (it’s literally two rights and a left, and you’re at Disney World). The airport is 20 min away. The house itself? *chef’s kiss* It’s unbelievable. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group (5 families with 6 teenage girls...). We ended up buying extra towels, because there was only one per person and the girls tended to leave them god-knows-where. Kitchen was well stocked with a toaster, drip coffee pot (bring filters), large fridge, range and dishwasher. The cupboards are abundantly stocked with cups, plates and bowl, and there has to be at least 20 place settings of silverware. The furniture is comfortable, there are TV’s in every room, and the pool deck is super inviting. We used the community pool one day- Parents floated in the lazy River as the kids went down the water slides. Everything about the property is five stars. We couldn’t have been happier and look forward to staying here every May!!

Everything was more than expected. There was lots of rooms and amenities. Definately will stay again.

Let me start out by saying thank you ...we needed the change of scenery and your Villa dis not disappoint! We were wowed the moment we walked in the door.....the game room was Phenomenal! Never have I seen such detail put into the game room of a rental property......it is awesome! The Home was clean with lots of room for our family.....we.even had bedrooms to spare. The decor was inviting for the adults and the kids in the family. There was plenty of seating inside and out for the entire family. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a couple small issues but the management team quickly took care of them. Rent this villa you will be glad you did!
