Large, spacious with all the amenities needed for cooking. Comfortable beds and a beautiful garden. Very clean! Dana is delightful.

This flat was a great choice for our family of four. The location was perfect -- close to everything, but quiet in the evenings to relax. Incredibly clean upon arrival, the host provided helpful information to make our stay comfortable. Could not have asked for anything more!

We loved our stay in Stockbridge! Such a great central location to see everything but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Dana’s place was very comfortable and spacious. It’s obvious that much love and care went into making this a special home away from home. We were sad to leave and hope to one day return and stay at Dana’s place again!

This apartment has everything - gorgeous style, cleanliness, beautifully comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Convenient to explore Edinburgh city centre either on foot or catch a bus (almost at the door). Cafes, restaurants and grocery store all within 5-10 minutes walk. Excellent communication from the owner who has very thoughtfully set this place up with everything you could need. The only problem was that we didn't get to spend more time at home enjoying the flat!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4 adults on holiday! Common areas big enough for games and eating in. We appreciated the variety and convenience of options in the neighborhood, with reasonable walking distance to sites in other parts of the city. Highly recommend!

Fantastic communication with the owner. Check in easy. Lovely apartment, a home from home. In a great location, short walk to Princes Street and on the doorstep of the lovely Stockbridge. Really loved watching the squirrels in the garden whilst eating breakfast. Another great stay. Thank you

Lovely homebase to explore beautiful, walkable Edinburgh. Dana was very responsive with any questions. Home is cozy as advertised. We did laundry and used the line in the garden to dry our clothes.

It was a great location and not too far to walk to restaurants. You will have to walk down stairs to get in the unit, so if you have mobility issues, please be aware.

We had an excellent time in Dana's flat in Stockbridge. Dana was a fantastic host and responded very quickly...she helped us almost immediately when we accidentally locked the keys inside. The area is amazing...lots of shops, pubs and restaurants close by, yet walkable to the busier downtown Edinburgh (Princes St and Royal Mile). The kitchen was nicely stocked and the back garden was beautiful. Just know that the master bedroom is in the lower level, and there is no toilet on that level, just a tub and sink in the room. We were a family of four and would definitely stay again.

I'm always so thankful to the thought put into equipping the apartment. By supplying basics like shower gel, shampoo, washing up liquid, and loo rolls it saves me having to buy things each time. If I do buy spices or something that's run out, I'm happy to leave them for the next person. Thanks again, Dana, for a fab stay!

Very convenient, and well appointed. I'd stay there again for sure. Stockbridge is a perfect quiet and cozy spot in busy Edinburgh, and the property basically sits on a bus line-- couldn't be easier!

Check in was easy. The property is modern, well equipped and in a great location. The double bed downstairs is so comfortable and cosy especially with the very cold nights when we stayed. I would have preferred a downstairs toilet as I sometimes have to get up during the night, but for 2 nights I managed. The property is very close to bars, cafes, shops and restaurants if you fancy a change from the hustle and bustle of Princes Street, George street and Rose Street. The host is very accommodating and is only a phone call away if any issues.
We come to Edinburgh every year for the Christmas market and we had an excellent stay.

We arrived midafternoon and walked from the train station to Dana’s flat (approximately 1 mile). We were able to enter the flat easily utilizing instructions. The flat is a warm and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean, though please note, there is only one shower. The downstairs bathroom has a tub (no shower) and sink but no toilet . Both toilets are on the main floor of the flat. The kitchen and living room have views of a lovely garden. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood and also venturing into Old Town. People in Scotland are so kind and very helpful.
We would stay at Dana’s flat again upon our return to Glasgow.

Big panic when we went back to get our bags. Cleaners or plumber locked all three locks and we struggled to get in to get our bags!
So nice we could leave bags.
We didn’t cook but could have as it was well-equipped.
No toilet in basement but I managed at night.
Nice and clean. Great restaurants.

Great location. Roomy space for four adults. Our visit coincided with the Queens passing which added another element to our stay. Little shops and restaurants around the corner. Definitely recommend.

Loved staying in this lovely flat in a great neighborhood. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. We did have a few issues with the appliances, but Dana was lovely and is likely taking care of everything for her next guests! We enjoyed our visit!

Which is located in a lovely leafy area of the New Town Conmunication with the host Dana was good
The property is in a beautiful Georgian town house,furnished nicely and well equipped
The bonus really is the lovely walled garden that you can use especially at this time of year we sat and ate our breakfasts outside every day
There are a few stone steps to consider at the property and on road parking is expensive so may need to look at alternative or just factor that into the cost of your stay
but overall would highly recommend this property and the Beautiful city of Edinburgh that we all loved

Absolutely Beautiful! Well decorated and stocked with all you need! Is in the perfect location, the neighborhood is full of shops, cafes and restaurants, but quiet! Perfect location!
This was our first time in Edinburgh. The flat was an ideal home base. It was helpful to be able to spread out a bit on two levels, plus having two bathrooms was ideal. The flat contained everything we needed and the host was always prompt about answering my questions. We hope to go back someday!

Quaint apartment
While located off the main area, this apartment provided the many comforts of home. There are two levels so it made it easier to feel more spaced out. The yard was very cute and it was a quiet area.

My family loved this Stockbridge flat. Walking distance to everything you want to explore but in a quiet neighbourhood with walking paths along the river. Bed were cozy and backyard courtyard was charming. Highly recommend!

Edinburgh stay
We had a great time in Stockbridge. It was hard to leave the neighborhood to see other sites. We enjoyed a full day of sightseeing in the Old Town and were happy to relax at the flat. Dinner at Scan & Scallie was delicious. The close proximity to the Royal Botanical Gardens was great. Our family of four enjoyed it very much.
