Das Frühstück hat wunderbar geschmeckt (frisch und vielfältig). Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider fehlt im Badezimmer ein Dampfabzug und die farbwechselnde Beleuchtung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Parkplätze sind eher rar. Eine Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert.

Das Frühstück entsprach in etwa dem, was man so international in Hotels bekommt. Der Kaffee ( Cappuccino ) war sehr lecker. Die Obstsäfte waren gut gekühlt und und die angebotenen Speisen waren sehr schmackhaft. Persönlich habe ich nur etwas frisches Gemüse ( Tomaten, Gurken , Paprika ) vermisst. Aber das ist vielleicht ja auch nicht überall zum Frühstück üblich.

Es fällt mir schwer diese Kategorie überhaupt zu bedienen, da uns das Resort insgesamt wirklich sehr gefallen hat. Wir wussten, dass das Hotel nicht über einen Lift verfügt , was dann auch kein Problem für uns war. Allerdings waren wir etwas überrascht, das wir in unserer Suite weder einen Kühlschrank noch eine Klimaanlage fanden. Bei Tagestemperaturen von über 30 °C hatten wir natürlich nachts das Fenster geöffnet und lernten dann gleich mal den Fahrplan der Güter - und Personenzüge kennen.

I didn't stay there as I booked wrongly and was told there is no lift only stairs to 3rd floor.

Very great property. We had breakfast with the birds. There was a lot to do in the location, and we could see the trains passing in the distance.

I took a simple room, but even this one was overall good. It could be bigger, but it was super cozy.

Perfect location between the mountains, not many people and the quality of the service is amazing. Facilities are spot on. Got all you need to entertain yourself and keep kids occupied. Football, volleyball pitches. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool with plenty to offer, mud section for the kids, mini golf. The underground tunnels for kids were amazing and fascinating ! And much more... Discounts for nearby activities. Staff are friendly and always helpful. Hotel is spotless. Would definitely recommend. Interlaken and Spiez are around the corner by car. Many other activities and view points as well of course.

Excellent for family

Clean and modern room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, coffee machine available on your floor, kids loved the mini golf and volleyball.

The lighting in the room was a bit dark. No lift. The climbing adventure closed at 530pm.

Hotel overall was good. The facilities and the surrounding area is so relaxing. Breakfast was good and the staff is helpful.

There is no elevator in the hotel and we were on the 3rd floor, so had to go through stairs daily. Room was somehow small as i booked a family room for 4 but it was really tight. Room was missing an AC and a minibar, can understand why no AC but can't for the minibar. The tea/coffee in the room wasn't refilled on a daily basis. Check-in reception is open till 6pm only which is totally weird, thanks God I arrived at 5:45pm else I would have spent the night in the garden!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful resort in Frutigen, Switzerland. The facilities were outstanding, offering everything I needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The highlight for me was the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. They were well-maintained, providing the The resort's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. From the moment I arrived until my departure, the staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a memorable getaway in Frutigen.

This is a wonderful resort for families. We traveled as 3 generations and there was something for all of us to enjoy - separate and together. The views are amazing and the food was very good. The staff was so nice and all spoke some English. I am American and speak no German, but I was fine and everyone understood me and were helpful. We arrived on a Thursday night and did not use our car until we left on Sunday. Everything we needed was in the resort or the village.

The boys were disappointed that the climbing tower was only open on Sat and Sun from 1 - 5. This was OK but it does seem like short hours for an activity the boys were very excited about.

Staff was very friendly and the resort itself is beautiful. Nice design and there are some fun activities to do nearby.

The restaurant is too expensive for what it offers. The pool and whirlpool don't meet expectations. The relaxing "room" isn't a room and is very noisy.

We loved the room with the hard wood floor, very minimalistic, clean and comfortable. the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. the activities for kids are great, in general this is a very kid/family friendly hotel.

We didn't like the fact that the rooms are poorly sound proofed. One can literally hear every spoken word, evey flushed toilet, shower etc in the room next door.
