The check in and out process was fantastic! The rooftop area was amazing, the location is on point and the property itself was clean and well appointed. There are a lot of stairs but all of us being physical sound that was not an issue - if you’re not able to navigate stairs this isn’t the property for you but if you are - not was it fantastic. The AC system was really, really, good. Private garage parking in Downtown Memphis is unheard of but this property has it and we fit a Grand Wagoneer SUV in it. You can walk to everything in Downtown - Beale, South Main, the Riverfront - you name it. It’s also very quiet at night unlike the rentals that face Main a block to the West. Best of all - you’re right next door to Gus’s fried chicken - the best in the world, when we come back if this place is unavailable I will cry actual tears.

Long time friends reuniting. Neither of us had been to Memphis.

The owners gave us suggestions for places to eat. The place was absolutely amazing, We will differently be back.

We loved it. Right in heart of downtown. Block from Gus’s which is a must try. A few blocks from central bbq which is a must try. We parked in the garage and used Uber. Shower was our favorite of all time. Really spacious clean and super easy checkout. We were afraid going to Memphis because of all bad PR. But an amazing city. So much to do and see. Will stay here again for sure.

Great little place. We had fun playing pool and chilling on roof deck. Legendary bbq down the street. Hosts were great and very responsive. Also garage was amazing bonus as we are traveling across country and didn’t have to unload our entire car. Def recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay!

The lications was great, could park the car in the garage and walk to many locations. Just be away of the 3rd bedroom, it does not have doors and it the area off the garage. The bed was comfortable but you will have to share a shower with one of the other bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host is very responsive and the location is perfect. It is walking distance to Beale Street and we felt perfectly safe walking. It was nice to have the garage parking. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

The property, check-in, hosts, roof deck, pool table, location were all as great as pictured and advertised. It’s a comfortable place but some clarification is needed. It’s best to consider this property as a 2 bedroom listing. The third bedroom does have a bed but the space is not private, it has no door and it is next to the downstairs garage. In this case, the listing is misleading. But for 2 couples I have no hesitation recommending this property.

A few blocks from Beale St, MLK Museum, Central Barbecue and the Riverwalk. Francky was quick to respond when I had a question. And our place was clean with all the amenities.

We had just a couple hiccups during our stay but communication was EXCELLENT and our issues were quickly resolved. The location was outstanding as it allowed us to walk to many of our favorite spots.

Lovely townhome that is easy walking distance to several restaurants and the live music bars on Beale. Short drives to Sun Records, Graceland and Stax Records Museum. We appreciated the secure parking. Communication with host before and during stay was always very prompt. Would definitely pick this vacation home next time we’re in Memphis!

Great place to stay

Extremely clean and safe place that’s great for all ages. The condo is very roomer, the pool table is great for passing a good night and the roof top is fantastic. Can’t say enough good about this location. The garage to secure your vehicle is icing on the cake.

My family had a real nice time in Memphis. House was great. Walking distance to the Peabody, Beale Street, and more.

We love it so much we extended our stay. It has everything you could possibly want including a Keurig coffee maker. Host is awesome and gave us great tips.

We had the Memphis rooftop property booked for one night but due to to an error on our part, we quickly needed a place for an extra night. Francky and Kristin provided us with the Downtown Trolley Stop property for 2 nights instead of the rooftop property, but what a great property this turned out to be. We caught the trolley basically right outside the door and it took us right down to Beale Street. Nice/fun game room upstairs with plenty of sleeping space. So comfortable we wish we were staying longer.

Great location, walked to everywhere we wanted to go( except Graceland) accommodations were top notch

We had such a wonderful time at this VRBO property. The garage was our draw; the ability to park the car without searching for street parking and knowing my car was safe in the night. Location was fantastic: walk to Civil Rights buildings and to trolley. The roof top area was fun for watching the moon rise over Beale street. The unit had everything we needed including a washer dryer for our use. The hosts were in direct communication with us through the VRBO site and answered every question.

We needed a place to stay just one night that was big enough to accommodate our family of 6. We also needed a place with a minimum of a kitchenette with a refrigerator. But what really sold me was the pool table (to entertain my teenagers), the private rooftop patio, and the private parking garage with the EV charger, as we would need a full charge for when we checked out. The place was easy to find, easy to access, & checking in/out was a breeze. We found the place as expected per the listing and my kids specifically asked “can we stay here 3 more days?!,” haha! I would highly recommend & would definitely stay here again!

This property was located ideally for Memphis. Beale Street, Civil Rights Museum, etc were all walkable. The garage in the back was very useful. The one bedroom downstairs was open (no door) to the stairs. There was some obvious damage (patching, light dangling, etc.) but the overall appearance was fine. There was trash left in some of the drawers as well.

We had a great time at this property! Our family of five picked this location for the convenience to downtown as well as the rooftop deck and secure parking. We were very happy with our choice. The listing was just as described and management was very responsive to questions. The house was well furnished with comfortable beds and conveniently located. We were able to walk to all downtown activities- we recommend seeing the ducks at Peabody, hitting the Rock n Soul museum and eating Aldo’s for lunch. We picked up breakfast each morning from Bluff City Coffee, just down the street. We also hit up Loflin Yard one night which was very close by. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Although the property manager & owner were very responsive and nice, we were disappointed in the condition of this rental. There is no bolt lock on the front door (right at the sidewalk) or on the garage entry door to the home. Just a button lock (like you'd find on a bathroom door) at the garage entry & nothing but a key pad that engages/disengages the latch on the door frame - at the front door. A bolt lock is Really needed here! There are only 2 actual (private) bedrooms, the 3rd bed is in a walk-through leading from the garage to the upstairs livingroom & kitchen. The 'roof damage' that I was informed of before arriving (referring to the roof top patio) included a gaping hole in the 2nd & 3rd floor ceilings - that were covered in plastic. I'm sincerely at a loss for words regarding the Ants invading the kitchen. Covering the counter tops & stove. Just not what we expected for a vacation rental. Also, the paint was peeling in one of the full bathrooms - with a light fixture hanging out of the ceiling in that shower.

Loved the space and comfort the property gave us during our Spring Break trip to Memphis. The owners were so accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect before, during and after. My family loved being able to hang out together at the end of the day and have family time (played pool every night and even broke out a board game a couple times). Even got to enjoy the rooftop patio on the last day - great feature! Highly recommend this property with everything it has to offer!
