The house especially the pool was perfect for our stay. The kids, three 7 year olds and one 4 year old, loved every second of the pool. It was a great size for them. We also loved the location close to Anna Marie Island and the bay where we could see manatees and beautiful sunsets. Dena was always prompt in answering back with any questions we had.

We could not have had a more delightful experience. The house is as pictured but so much more. The outdoor area and pool are so lovely. The master bath was amazing. The house is tastefully decorated , well stocked with many thoughtful extras. The cul sac location is quiet and lush. The overall location was ideal to beach and town. And our manager Deena was icing on the cake - incredibly responsive, patient, thoughtful and professional. Would we return? Rebooked before we left!!

This home is beautiful! The beds & pillows were so comfy! The shower in the master bedroom is wonderful. The home was very clean & in a wonderful neighborhood located within 5 minutes of the beach! Our favorite part was getting to swim all day & night in the heated pool. We will be back!

This house was a perfect fit for our family needs; 7 adults and 4 children. The kids stayed in the upstairs bunkbed room with their parents also staying in the other upstairs bedroom. The remaining 5 adults were comfortable on the main level. The pool was a huge hit with all especially the kids. It would have been used more if it wasn't for the planned events which were scheduled for our family wedding over the 3 days we were there.

We had such a great time. The neighborhood was quiet and close a lot of things to do. Anna Maria is a short drive over the bridge. Deena is quick To respond to any questions you may have!

House and pool were as described. One item to realize is that you have to walk through bedrooms to get to the two showers in the house. The kitchen and laundry supplies were very handy, and the beach chairs, cooler, and toys were a big plus. Our family enjoyed our stay!

This home was exactly as pictured and described in the listing! There were 14 of us staying for 8 days (8 adults and 6 kids ages 1-8). We all comfortably fit with no issues. The pool was AMAZING and has various depths! So clean and plenty of space around the pool to hang out. Very private, quiet neighborhood yet close to the beach(depending on traffic about 10-15 minute drive) and shopping. The owner is super friendly and responded quickly to any questions both before and during our trip. I would definitely stay at this house again! It was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation!!

We had an amazing time. The house is clean and beautiful. We plan to come back and enjoy ourselves here again. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Go to the kokonut hut for your beach days.

The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. Everything that we needed for our stay was provided, even for the grandbaby. The public beach is really nice and the sand is soft. Deena had all the beach toys that we needed for our grandkids along with umbrellas and chairs. We had a great family vacation here and look forward to coming back!

We had an amazing time at this house. Check- in was easy and fast. Deena (the owner) provided all the information that we needed.The house was spotless, super clean , and very organized. They even had labels on light switches (so smart). Kids had a blast playing at the pool. They enjoyed watching a movie on netflix night time. Communication with the owner was easy, Deena answered all my messages within minutes. We had a wonderful time in this warm house and we’ll definitely come back.

Eleven of us stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! It felt like a home away from home with a tropical twist. Easy access to Anna Maria Island, and the neighborhood was quiet and just a peaceful walk to the Manatees... We will definitely return!

We stayed at the “Paradise by the Bay” during the “Spring Break” with our kids and two other families (6 adults and 5 kids) and this place was just a perfect size. Each family had their own bedroom, plus all kids slept in their own bedroom with bunk beds, and they also had their own space in the Loft to play and watch TV away from adults. Newer house with a good layout for dining, entertaining, and fun inside and outside by the pool. Outdoor is nice with separate area for coffee or breakfast, lounge by the pool in the sun, or under the roof when it rains. Owners were very nice and quick to answer any questions and they take pride in their property. Everything was very clean and organized without any unnecessary clutter, but well equipment with items you may need in the kitchen, grill, bathrooms, etc… The area is very nice, safe and quite with a lot of upscale properties all round. Multiple grocery stores are close by, and very easy access to main roads that leads to multiple tourist places.
