Kathy and Bob were great hosts! Very welcoming and always made sure we had what we needed. The property is like a backyard oasis-lots of plants and comfy seating areas. The cottage is quiet, comfy bed and super clean! It is stocked with everything we needed. Kathy and Bob have thought of everything! The location can’t be near as it is close to Bayshore Blvd, downtown Tampa and UT. Very convenient! TPA is only about a 15 min dive. We would stay again for sure!

My now husband and I stayed at this cottage for our honeymoon and it was so sweet and fun. It was nice to have a nice quiet place to stay after our long days of having fun. Kathy our host was so kind to us and was very communicative with us as well. Overall a very great stay!

The cottage was great and while we didn't use the outside area, it looked very inviting. My siblings were in town so we were out and about most of the time. I walked every morning through the tree-lined neighborhoods of Hyde Park. There was so much to see that I often walked farther than expected. No stove but the microwave worked for us. as there are many great restaurants close by.

My wife and I snatched up an opportunity for a quick getaway from kids/pups/work, when we selected this striking little cottage that is hidden in a perfect spot. Within walking distance to several unique and flavor-filled restaurants and fun spots. We had a ton of fun exploring SoHo, St. Petersburg and a variety of other fun spots in the area. We were lucky enough to catch a SuperCross race at Raymond James Stadium on our last night, which was a quick ride-share away. The cottage was very unique and clean and garden area was the PERFECT for relaxing anytime throughout the day or evening. Kathy and Robert were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. We will be going back for sure!!!

I can’t say enough about this wonderful property and the owners… everything about staying in our cottage was top notch… we do not have one complaint! The hosts provided everything we could possibly want and need for our week stay. The cottage and the property was so charming and had the most wonderful ambiance… you will not be disappointed!

Kathy & Bob are amazing hosts of their lovely cottage at the center of Hyde Park. They were responsive before, during, and at the end of the stay. The cottage is truly a gem with modern furnishing and has everything you need. It's tucked away from the vibrant Hyde Park but steps away or a quick drive from the best restaurants and local coffee shops nearby. Highly recommend for its location, comfort, and warm hospitality from the hosts. Can't wait to stay here again!

The cottage and gardens were even more beautiful in person. The cottage furnishings were very comfortable; everything was spotlessly clean. A quiet sanctuary in South Tampa with easy access to everything. Wonderful hosts. I will be back!

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely South Tampa cottage! Kathy and Bob were excellent hosts. The cottage is set apart from their house in a private, quiet and beautiful tropical garden setting. It is conveniently located one block from Bayshore Blvd, between Howard and Bay-to-Bay. I grew up in S Tampa, and my parents live nearby - so traveling for our large Thanksgiving family gathering, we decided to give this charming cottage a try. It is our new home away from home!

Bob and Kathy are excellent hosts. Their cottage is immaculately maintained and conveniently located. There are lots of good restaurants in the vicinity and a beautiful park right next-door. If I could give the experience a 6-star rating I would certainly do so!

It was the perfect space for us to stay while we explored Tampa! It’s cozy, quiet, close to the water, and quick access to so many great restaurants and events. Gracious hosts who know the area and make sure you enjoy your stay. We felt like we had everything we needed!

Honestly, just go ahead and book this! Can't say enough good things about this property. Absolutely perfect for me and my husband, who came to stay for a work-cation. The location is so nice - great neighborhood, super close to the bay, in walking distance to several great restaurants or short drives to ENDLESS options, even is around the corner from a cute little park. The actual cottage is SO cute and has everything you need/want. The garden/patio is completely dreamy, and from a practical standpoint, the wifi works great even outside, so I got to work surrounded by beauty! The owners are the ultimate hosts - beyond kind and helpful, offering to help and give recommendations, and even gave us beach towels and chairs. There are a couple small, cute beaches as close as 15-20 minutes away, but if you wanted to go to bigger/more well-known beaches, it's honestly a very easy drive, too (maybe 35-40 min). I would come back here in a heartbeat and truly recommend it without hesitation. :)

Our stay at Kathy and Bob’s cottage was wonderful. The cottage is beautiful, perfectly appointed, immaculately clean, and very convenient to everything in South Tampa. The garden is relaxing and beckons you to sit and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Kathy and Bob were great hosts providing us advice on dining choices and the best routes for us to take on our morning walks. A great plus is that Tampa’s beautiful Bay Shore Boulevard is only a block away from the cottage. Vicki

I came to visit as workation to visit my son and still be able to work. The cottage and space were absolutely breathtaking and relaxing…wish I had this in my own backyard. It was comfortable to wake up to the beautiful sunshine and bluejays and an anazing getaway for lunch. The bed was very comfortable and a great space to work. Kathy and Bob are lovely and warm people as well. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The garden, and lovely outdoor seating was the highlight. Cottage was very clean and queen bed was super comfortable. Convenient to restaurants and Tampa area.

A cute little bungalow steps away from Bayshore Drive. It was the perfect spot for morning walks with lots of restaurants close by for lunch or dinner. As a woman traveling alone it was important to me to feel safe and comfortable. Because of the security and the friendly, helpful owners, I definitely did. I hope I get to come back again soon!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this garden cottage. Exceptionally clean and ready for our arrival. Quiet, serene backyard was a treat each night after a day of exploring. Many of our pictures taken this trip are their backyard. Such a beautiful space. We ventured out each day as cottage is close to beaches and cities. Loved recommendations from Bob and Kathy for places to eat. They were excellent hosts; we would definitely stay again.
