Overall property was acceptable but needs updating in master bedroom - floors squeak terribly, and bed was like sleeping on the floor / terribly hard. A mattress topper would really help. We were really only there to sleep so it served its purpose.

The property is a little dated, but we could see where the owner is updating their condo. (There were four of us renting the condo). It was clean, the bed’s comfortable and the shower great! We felt the carpet on the stairs looked alittle dirty but maybe it was the color of the carpet. A suggestion would be to put mirrors in the both bedrooms to do hair etc, because the ozone bathroom gets tied up with everyone needing to use it.

We drove all day enjoying sights along the way. When we arrived late, 1030 PM we just wanted a HOT shower and sleep. To our surprise, no hot water. We read the sign about 40 gallon water heater for the building. We ran the hot water in the shower 15-20 minutes in hopes it would get warm. It was a few degrees warmer than the cold, which was freezing. We decided to just wash off, and head out early. As previously mentioned, the smell of smoke is also something that was bothersome. Not a great stay for us. We were there less 8 hours.

Perfect place to drink a couple of beers and rest our heads after busy day of travel.

This condo was a welcome stop on our family winter trip to Page, AZ. The condo was very clean, has a variety of brand new kitchen appliances, and has a great floor plan. This is the kind of place you love to come home to after a hard day's work. Thank you for welcoming us into your house.

The rental was very clean and a wonderful location to get around Page and explore. It met our needs perfectly.

We had an emergency in page az and we were able to book this place within 24 hrs on a weekend

We had a nice stay. Our only complaint was the heavy cigarette smell in house, despite the no smoking policy. Also the A/C worked well, but the unit in the living room leaked water on floor. We soaked up with towels a couple times. Otherwise property and area was really nice!

Reasonable, well equipped townhouse for a business trip with family. Plenty of room.
