The home was exactly as listed and our hosts were very accommodating during our stay! We enjoyed the spacious common areas and all the amenities provided. Would stay here again if in the area!

We came for Pioneer Days and rodeo's! Two families. We had plenty of room and all the conveniences of home plus a lovely outside space complete with fire pit, sauna, and grill! Surprise perk, it's across the street from where the movie High School Musical was filmed!

This house (particularly the backyard) was PERFECT for our large family. We very comfortably slept and made sit down dinners for our group every evening. We loved the location right by the campus so that we could explore the area on foot, but the real highlight was the backyard. The whole family used the hot tub, sauna, and fire pit each day after skiing. If you want to spend time together as a group this house is the one for you!

This property was perfect in every aspect for our group of 5's annual Utah ski trip. The house and property are exactly as advertised. Extremely convenient to all of Salt Lake's ammenities as well as being within convenient proximity to all area ski resorts. The hot tub was wonderful to come back to after a hard day of skiing. As the trip organizer, I was lucky enough to snag the master bedroom for the stay. The mattress and pillows on that bed were amazing. I had the best nights sleep(s) on that bed I have had in a long time. Unfortunately, I injured my knee on the slopes midway through the trip and had to spend more time in the house than anticipated, but that just enforced my appreciation of the property. One suggestion I would make is to add lighting to the back steps and grill area. It would make putting the final touches to those ribeyes a little easier. We will certainly stay in this house again if it is available for next year's trip. Thank you Janie!

We chose this property based upon the photos and amenities offered. Well it did not disappoint. The location is fabulous easy access to absolutely everything. The house was clean and tastefully appointed. Our interaction with the owner and caretaker were stellar. We had some unfortunate technical issues with the WiFi and the hot tub which they remedied. I requested a credit for our inconvenience and the owners were more than generous in providing a refund. I would definitely Book this property again and highly recommend it.

Very well done remodel inside and out. Well worth the price. Every amenity was awesome- hot tub, fire pit, sauna, arcade game, washer/dryer, snacks, pots/pans, spices. The MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS ever!!! Easy to communicate with hosts. Loved it!

The house was exactly as described in the write up and pictures. We were a group of women coming to Salt Lake City for genealogy research at the Family Search Library. This house was a 10-15 minute drive from the library. The house was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated the TVs in each bedroom. The house has everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and within a few blocks of a large grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is everything it says on the site. Its very clean, well appointed and the communication with the owners is very easy. We stayed here a year ago and it was great to see how well maintained the place is a year later. we (a party of five adults and one teenager) were all able to relax and enjoy this space and not ever feel crowded. The air conditioning worked like a charm during very hot days. The location is perfect and quiet.

We really enjoyed this home! It was close to the university of Utah and allowed us to help move our daughters young family during our stay! The hot tub and sauna as well as the fire place/grill was perfect every evening to bring us together to visit and enjoy each other. The high chair/playback and comfortable beds were much appreciated as it made our stay very nice!

This house checked all the boxes we were looking for with our week long stay in Salt Lake City. Home was clean and stocked appropriately with bedding, towels, and toiletries products.
Our 3 kids were huge fans of the video game area & racked up high scores during our stay. The appliances were all top notch-spacious fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffeemaker, and laundry all were utilized by us daily!
The hot tub is so clean, large, and well maintained. The sauna was wonderful as well.
The property was located close to so many easy to get to areas of SLC, and the provided guest book really laid out options for grocery, dining, and area activities.
Communicating with the hosts was easy: they responded right away and were polite and answered all out of questions. Thank you so much for a very pleasant visit

Our ski/snowboard crew loved this property. The location was under an hour to the Little Cottonwood Canyon and just over an hour from Snowbasin and POW Mow.
An easy Uber ride into town and located very close to Whole Foods, coffe shops and any other provisions you’ll need for a great trip.
The set-up is great for families or 3 couples. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for making meals with plenty of dishware, cutlery, pots, pans, and spices.
We really appreciated the outdoor are equipped with a sauna, hot tub, fire pit and professional grill.
If you are in search of a great spot near town or if you’re hitting up several ski areas, you’ll be very happy with this property.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Very clean, newly renovated and close to everything. The hosts are great and are very responsive. Their backyard setup was perfect after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend staying here.

This house was perfectly located for our Alta skiing adventure. Kitchen had just the right tools and staple pantry items for us to cook some meals at the house. Outside amenities (sauna, fire pit and jacuzzi) were perfect and easy to turn on. Host provided a really great reference book with a guide to the house as well as local community amenities. Kids were super thrilled to realize the house sits directly across the street from the HS that the movie “High School Musical” was filmed at. Great house!

Came down for a jiujitsu tournament with 3 others and there was plenty of space for all of us, plus soaking in the hot tub after competition was perfect. Would stay again in a heartbeat

We could not have picked a better house for our group! Five of us spent Christmas in SLC to be with a family member doing a year long fellowship there. Two other family members stayed in a hotel close by. There were a total of nine of us getting together for dinner each night. There was a very well-equipped kitchen and a table big enough to seat us all. The house was spotless and nicely furnished. The hot tub and sauna were the icing on the cake! We hope to return for graduation this summer.

My wife and I met our daughter here for Thanksgiving week. This was an ideal location to be near the University of Utah and quality restaurants. We enjoyed the Crack Shack and Wasatch Brewing Company. The unit had everything we needed for a full TG meal. We were also very surprised how nice the outdoor grill was. High quality. We used sauna, hot tub and fire pit. Everything inside and outside was in good condition and well-maintained. We highly recommend this rental. You won’t be disappointed. We never contacted the owners because we frankly had everything we needed and no maintenance issues.

We shared this rental with another family. We had three teens between us as well as our Utes who came to visit. The backyard was perfect for a wonderful fall evening grilling and hanging out with our families and our Ute's friends. The owners have rules in place to protect this beautiful home. However, they trusted us to have our sons over with their friends for dinner. I have reserved this for our son's graduation weekend. The owners opened the dates up for me and we are so excited to return in May to share their home with extended family as we celebrate our son's graduation.

We had a great time. The back yard is lovely. There are steep stairs to the basement down below, that can make luggage a challenge, but that was minor in the great time we had.

The house was awesome! It had the space we needed and was a perfect distance from University of Utah since we were in town to drop our son off at college. The jacuzzi and sauna we also great! We had an amazing time in Utah and I would highly recommend this house.

Perfect Stay for Family of Four!
We travelled to SLC for our sons orientation at the University of Utah. This house was perfect for our grown boys with a great location to campus as well as great restaurants! The hot tub and sauna were wonderful bonuses despite the summer heat of Utah! Definitely would like to stay again when we come to see our son at school. Thank you!

great family stay
We had a wonderful, relaxing time here with our family while we were back in SLC for our mother's memorial. We were raised in this neighborhood years ago- so it was wonderful to see this old home so beautifully and lovingly remodeled. Everything is as advertised. The house is comfortable and spacious with absolutely everything you could possibly need. We absolutely loved having morning coffee and evening visits in the peaceful backyard with all the songbirds, hot tub and beautiful fire-pit. It was summer, so we did not use the sauna - but it looked great. If we had stayed longer, we would have used the terrific BBQ grill, for sure. Janie was very communicative and answered any correspondence immediately. We would come back here in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great stay!

Fun Family Vacation Spot
Enjoyed the fun house. We all had fun the beautiful back yard! The sauna, hot tub and fire pit were outstanding and the basement had so much entertainment for the kids. The quick access to get to downtown and to ski resorts was a huge plus.

If you want to stay close to downtown and feel like a king, this rental is for you. It is beautifully decorated with all the ammenties of a 5-star hotel. Cannot say enough great things here. Three of the bedrooms had king size beds and large flat screen tv's. The kithcen has wonderful appliances. The living room is spacious and relaxing. AND THEN THERE IS THE BACKYARD!!!! Hot tub, BBQ Grill, Sauna, and Fire Pit. I will definitely stay here again and again when in SLC, or to ski the Wasatch!
