Close to the centre, quiet location, staff were pleasant. Nice spacious unit with efficient A/C and a super comfortable bed. Small kitchen and a fridge which is always a bonus.

The pool area is pretty bad - unless you have one of the units that go straight out on to the pool there is not really a place to just relax. No big deal for me as I just went for a quick swim each day but if hanging out by a pool all day is your idea of fun then you will find much better in Tamarindo. WIFI was atrocious but I think here it is really the luck of the draw....many bars and restaurants were the same where I tried to work. The kitchen was badly equipped and all I really managed to do was make coffee - again not a problem for me as I ate out.

The employees were super helpful.

Pleasant staff, always responsive on the booking.com reservation chat. Room well organized, kitchen with all needed for me. Quiet A/C. Quiet location, few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants, as well as the beach or bus station. I didn't have the time to try the pool. Balcony had nice view and had a quiet breakfast there daily. I enjoyed and extended my stay.

Water issues from time to time, but I managed. Some holes in the floor. Weekend price was a bit high.

Description say, Waschmaschine included, no it’s not, the Lady wana charge us 30$ one room was smelling disgusting moldy! We called the manager twice! He told us twice to give him 5 minutes to call us back! 2 weeks later still waiting for his call, no refund, no new room! But when we stayed in pool quietly at 10:05, the worker came and said, the owner called him to tell us we should leave the pool because it’s after 10! Like what the heck? Is he babysitting us or what?? Never booking again

The people who work there are super nice!

This was the 2nd time we’ve been here. the first time we had a larger apartment the 2nd time we had room 1 which is 2 bedrooms and the rooms were a little too small. plus the shower handle was so loose and barely any water came out so we had to wash our hair in the sink. Apparently the day before we got there a bunch of people went into the pool with oil and sunscreen so it was super gross and dirty so we didn’t even use it. first time was a good experience the 2nd wasn’t but hopefully they get that shower and pool fixed :)

Great stay, good location! Quiet area of town but not too far away. The balcony was very nice and a great place to enjoy a meal. Recommend this place for sure!

The room was a bit dark. It was good for sleeping but felt a bit gloomy during the day. There was also a bathroom window without a curtain and it was exposed to the stairway of the room upstairs. Recommend adding a curtain there for more privacy!

Big apartment, awesome for families and group of friends, close to the center of Tamarindo.

This space was very clean with plenty of space for one person during my 5 day stay. The balcony was perfect for breakfasts or evening drinks. The location was on a quiet street which was perfect for me, but only a 5-10 minute (slow) walk to the main downtown core and the beach. Toiletries included hand and body soap. I would book this place again.

The wifi was strong in some areas of the studio and not in others. The kitchen in the studio was limited for equipment. Kitchenware included silverware and a spatula, and plates, bowls, cups, glasses. Cooking wasn't possible for me. There was a microwave, an electric frying pan/deep fryer and another cooking appliance but not sure what it was or how to use it. The staff only spoke Spanish, which was fine for me, but may be a challenge for others.

It was a really quaint studio with a really nice covered balcony with a view of town. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and nice!

location was close to a lot of restaurants , walking distance to beach , had a nice balcony view of city , fridge microwave coffee pot plates and utensils

we had no water for the first day then when we did have a few spurts finally , we had none to shower , the toilet would not hold water until my husband fixed it . staff were friendly but when we discussed our water problem one said the would make a call then again another day another staff said he would look into it . nothing ever came of it . also a we stay at one of the top rooms and the narrow winding staircase could be dangerous .

We stayed seven nights. Our room was never refreshed, no clean towels etc. no offer of anything! Saw the site person twice only. Climb to third floor via spiral stairs not ideal. Shower was a trickle most of the time.

the staff was so nice with us, helping all the time. we had problems with our flights suddenly and they were so nice to let us to rearrange the dates in the very last minute.

description of apartment included a washing machine and it doesn’t exist. the road is always muddy but no carpet is available at the entrance. the appart has a kitchen, put no toaster, nothing is given to wash the plate. plumbing under the sink suddenly broke. they couldn’t fix it and switch us from a 2 rooms appartement to a 4 rooms appartement BUT they said we could only use 1 room. each room the same problem. a bathroom with a shower, but nothing to stop the water from going anywhere in the room (no curtain or wall) you had to put you dry cloth and towel in the sink. all bathrooms had to ventilation. humidity stayed and linger. lots of insect in the kitchen. website said we could pay by card but they refused our MasterCard.
