Apartment very well presented and thank you for the Christmas decorations and the wine - much appreciated! we love the setting of Dolphin Quay, which provides access to an array of coffee shops, restaurants, the foreshore and all within walking distance. This apartment provided us with water views and a beautiful ambience of lighting, aromas floating up from restaurants, the noise of people enjoying themselves and constant activity of vessels on the water. We could enjoy this all day long. When bedtime came around however, everything changed - and not for the better. We did not look forward to sleeping, because the beds were extremely uncomfortable. It literally felt like sleeping on the floor, the mattresses were that - not firm - but hard. We tried all the beds and eventually laid out the dunas under the sheets, just to provide a little bit of softness underneath but that did not quite make a difference. Our 28-year old son visited for two nights and he ended up sleeping, sitting up in the arm chair, mid-way through the first night. It is strongly recommended that the owners consider replacing the mattresses or adding mattress toppers for all of the beds. We would love to stay in this unit again but that will not happen if it cannot be confirmed that the sleeping experience will be vastly improved.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need to more than enjoy your stay. The communication with Kim was spot on and very quick. Finally the balcony and BBQ overlooking the marina with its dolphins is the icing on the cake.

We all enjoyed our break in Mandurah, and it stood out as the nicest accommodation of our 8 night trip. Would certainly love to have a return visit.

One of my favourite weekend getaways are enjoyed here at this Mandurah Dolphin Quay Apartment. The apartment is lovely, beautifully furnished and clean and the views from the balcony and the main bedroom are amazing. I've stayed here three times now and each time I love it a bit more. Highly recommend.

Had an absolute amazing weekend for the Mandurah Crabfest. The apartment was imaculate. We did not have to drive anywhere as the location is walking distance to many cafe's bar's and even access to a safe little swimming beach. Kim is an amazing host. The communication was above and beyond which made checking in and the whole over all experience probally one of the best I have had. There were also extra little touches that also stood out to me. I would highly recomend staying at Dolphin Quay appartment 54 and look forward to staying there in the near future

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this very clean, relaxing, welcoming and well presented property that filled our needs perfectly. Awesome views from the balcony overlooking the Marina and centrally located to an array of restaurants, shops and walkways. Kim was helpful and very accommodating and we appreciated all the little extras.

A great place to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary. Very clean and comfortable with a great outlook, especially from the balcony.

After several stressful weeks, the apartment was comfortable and the perfect getaway to relax. Everything we needed was supplied with dinner lunch and breakfast options close by. Perfect view of dolphins as they came by in the marina for their afternoon frolic…

This apartment is really great. Lovely large balcony with lounge seating and dining, with fabulous outlook over the marina. The apartment itself was really clean and had all the amenities that you would need. The position is perfect, secure underground parking, but with quite a number of restaurants on the ground floor, you can walk to everything. The doors to the balcony are double glazed so even when there are lots of people in the restaurants down stairs, the apartment itself is very quiet. We loved our stay here, and would definitely come again.

Awesome stay

Had a lovely stay. Nice, clean apartment with a fabulous outlook. The warm spring days bought teens to the area for swimming and adults to the bars for celebrating, so if you're after peace & quiet it might not be for you. Such a great spot for people-watching though :-).

My family and I stayed here after Christmas and it was so relaxing. We just walked down below to the beach in the day, picked from one of the well located restaurants to eat and relaxed on the balcony at night watching the beautiful view. Perfectly relaxing and so clean and equipped with everything plus the chocolates, wine and Christmas decorations were such a thoughtful touch.

An amazing property central location easy walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. Luxury accomodation with everything you need for a great holiday. Kim was fantastic made the whole experience of booking checking in very easy. She was very responsive to all queries I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing adventure in Mandurah

I had a great time with my 15yr old and her friend. The accommodation was perfect for the 3 of us. The location was really good and the apartment had gorgeous views - we even saw dolphins! The hosts were so lovely and made everything so easy. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

exceptional location right from the start we could walk everywhere around Mandurah with ease. the apartment has everything we needed and more, we especially enjoyed the alfresco balcony which heated up in the mornings and through to the afternoon which was perfect for the cooler days. we even spotted dolphins and black swans from the balcony directly down in the waters below next to Oceanic bar/grill and Oyster Bar. excellent walking paths and footbridges all around, who needs a gym when we could get our daily from taking in all the scenery as we walked all through the canals and into the cafe strip towards Port Mandurah. a big thankyou to Kim and Rob, we appreciate the opportunity to stay at your place. A definite recommendation for couples, small groups lads or ladies getaways.
