I can't say enough great things about this place! I really enjoyed how they blended the historical significance of the building with all the modern amenities. Interior design was really memorable. Lobby, lounge and courtyard were truly works of art. Our unit was incredible. Super clean, high ceilings, modern appliances and furniture, huge flat-screen, cool wall art, marble bathrooms, free WiFi, paid parking right down the street, coffee, tea, dish soap, shampoo … I could go on and on… Furthermore – I initially booked two 'rooms' at Blake Hotel nearby. This was less expensive! Service was on point! Sextant team responded to my emails within an hour. My favorite part of the experience was the music they played in the lobby and out front. It was old school R&B. I must get their playlist.

The place is very nice. It's almost like a hotel. It was clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable.

Everything about this rental was great for a friend and I on a short getaway. Location was great as most things we wanted to do were walking distance away. Apartment was exactly as pictured and beautiful. 10/10 would stay here again.

Apartment was exactly as photographed and described; beds were comfortable, place was very clean and organized. Having two bathrooms and bedrooms was great as well. The building felt secure with keycode entry for the main entry and apartment door. The location was perfectly situated in the CBD, and still walking distance to Bourbon St/the French Quarter. So many good restaurants within walking distance as well. The apartment was very spacious and having extras like a large kitchen and in-suite laundry ended up being very useful. There was also plenty of closet space, extra towels and toiletries, coffee/creamer, etc. I was nervous to stay outside the quarter, but the location ended up being perfect. Will definitely stay again!

Definitely a great luxurious styled apartment which is close to basically everything. Walking distance from bourbon street and the French quarter. I really loved how the apartment was styled and loved all the little extra things that was in the apartment like blankets, utensils to cook, mask and others. I also love how responsive Tanya was because it was my first time in New Orleans so having a responsive and polite host made me feel welcomed. It was a super easy self check in and loved the fact that I felt safe. Will definitely stay here again next time! Loved it

Excellent space which was exactly as depicted. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfy. Staff is incredibly responsive and super friendly. The grill in the courtyard was a nice plus for us - we stayed for a month and used it often. The location is also great - you can easily walk to a lot of places and the street car is a block away!

Great location near all the New Orleans attractions! Check in and check out was easy, clean condo, plenty of towels/blankets,pillows. Key code access to building and room (separate codes) was a nice added security touch.

Great place to stay in. Not far from French quarter, but quieter from the Burbon street mess 😊. The place has good amenities, is clean and the kitchen has a lot of modern and good quality standard equipment. The living room has a lot of light. We were surprised that the 2 bedrooms did not have windows (some light is coming from the living room), but they remain pleasant. The 2 bathrooms have bathtubs. Lighting and decoration is nice to live in, while standard. No keys but a code to get into the building, and another code to enter the flat. Some nice restaurants and bars around, and 10 minutes walk to to touristic area where there are plenty.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment was so clean and well kept. Our beds and linens were fresh and oh so comfy! All you need to bring are the few things that make you “you” and you'll be set. The location is great whether you are looking for night life or taking in the arts, scenery, sounds, and sites of New Orleans. This place is definitely my new “go-to” when we visit this amazing City! Thanks for an awesome weekend!

Our stay was great & Tanya was a lovely host!! The location is perfect and not too far walking distance to Bourbon (you literally walk out and go straight down to canal st & then Bourbon) The apartment was stylish and homely.. Definitely don't want to stay no where else when I come back to NOLA!!

The place is beautiful and modern. Location is a but sterile compared to other areas in New Orleans, but it is centrally located so very easy to get to other areas. overall it was a great stay and I would consider coming back. Thanks again!

This building is an excellent option in NOLA. We've previously stayed in a high rise hotel, B&B and now this apartment vacation rental. We would stay here again in the future and would recommend Factors Row to friends and family. It's pretty much a self service experience. They will provide codes for exterior door and your unit. Do not expect staff to be on hand in the building. The units are nicely decorated and very comfortable. You will hear some streetcar noise at times but it is not intrusive. If you plan to do any major cooking, check the kitchen and cookware first as you may not have all you need. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided as well as ground coffee. Location is great, about 5 minutes to Canal St. Rouses Grocery within walking distance for groceries. A small gym area and beautiful courtyard and community room are bonuses.

Wow, what an amazing location for New Orleans! We were in the middle of everything. The building is historic and absolutely beautiful. The unit was nicer than my own apartment, and truly made for a relaxing stay. I was concerned traveling during Covid, but was happy to see masks and sanitizer out for everyone, along with staff cleaning the common areas everyday. I will stay here every time I go to New Orleans!!
