Wir sind am Flughafen JNB wegen einen Flugausfall gestrandet. Diese Unterkunft ist ruhig und sicher. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Somit konnten wir schnell unseren Stress vergessen. Der Pool ist sauber und wir hatten ihn alleine für uns.

i did not stay at the facility. i booked in and found alternate accommodation within an hour of checking in

my booking for 2 rooms was confirmed and paid for in January. when i checked, the rooms were a distance apart. the said rooms had no electricity as there was an outage but there was no alternate power supply except for a generator which the staff said would be powered up only for 2 hours. the outage started at 11 am and i arrived at about 5pm and there was no idea as to when electricity would have been restored. The rooms and bathrooms are dated. The furniture is dated and the coffee table in one of the rooms had heat stains one. The owner of the said establishment made no attempt to contact me in order to rectify or motivate his/her side as regards my dissatisfaction. Neither did they offer any sort of compensation for the inconvenience.

Frühstück war eher einfach, außer Eier/Omlette, Toast und Müsli keine Auswahl

The breakfast portions and variety was very limited .

We absolutely loved the breakfast offered, as well as the staff who prepared it. The room offered was perfectly located in the house. And again, the staff! They deserve a bonus!

The two single beds put together to make a double bed

Nice cool place for good night sleep after a busy day, highly recommend.

The reception staff were really polite and helpful. Especially the young lady who went out of her way to make sure that my stay was great by upgrading my room where there was more "light."

I didn't like that the power outages affected parts of my stay. I would have preferred to ensure 24-hour backup power for travellers who are working from the facilities. Unfortunately, it affected my work and communication abroad.
