parking was confusing. had a note on my car saying not to park there.

The cuban/ mexican style of the house was nice. It was nicely decorated, looked clean and offered coffee. Refrigirater in room. nice area.

The advertising of this place never made me think I would end up in a multi-shared house. I was expecting a small 2 room appartement but got a tiny room where I encountered multiple roaches and had to share 1 bathroom with at least 4 other people. Not sufficient. The owner asked if he could do anything to make my stay better and when I asked for a small trash can, informed him of the roaches he never replied back. No room to put all your stuff. Bed too small. Not comfy. Nowhere to hang your towels. Never got clean sheets or clean towels during our 5 days stay.

Sergio pays great attention to your needs and the stay itself is in a super cozy and cute place. Location is fantastic with good transit options. Fantastic through and through.

The air conditioning in the room could have been better :)

The room was clean and the towels smelled clean. The little kitchenette in our room was perfect, but we also used the common areas a lot which we loved, such as the kitchen and outdoor patio. We loved eating breakfast out there! The bed was comfortable enough and the house was quiet. It was nice having both a lamp and a bigger light. The bathroom was shared and seemed to be kept clean and tidy. Check in and out was easy. Great location, close to a grocery store, bank, and bus station. We had a great stay!

There was no daily room service for fresh towels, sheets, or sweeping or anything, but you could ask for new linens if needed. We did see a couple cockroaches downstairs but they were harmless and I think it's common in warm areas.

The self-check-in is super comfy and you don't need to get in touch with anybody. The house was clean, the shared bathroom well equipped and we had all the amenities in our room. Everything was ready and I liked the communication of the owner to instruct and direct us. The location is pretty convenient to the airport. WiFi was OK, no issues at all.

Nothing at all, the room is a little bit small if you have too much luggage. Most of the time, the street parking spots are occupied so you had to find an empty spot further away, but still within the walking distance, though. The area looks safe and OK.

Great bed and breakfast type place. Beautiful peaceful setting. Owner was quick to respond to messages left on booking.com. will definitely return to stay again.

Everything was great. Had full kitchen for use if needed. Great outdoor space as well. Super clean rooms and shared full bathroom and half bath downstairs.
