Room was fine. Location and view were great!

Only door into room is a sliding door that was extremely difficult to open. The door didn’t operate smoothly and the outside handle was so small with not much to grip onto. My wife and son struggled to open it. We also had the worlds smallest vintage AC in our room. It needed to run on max the entire time to keep our small room cool enough. Also didn’t love having to check in and out several resorts down the street from Our room.

Breakfast was Not offered. We did one breakfast @ SoHo

every time we called, nobody ever answered the phone, and we had to drive to get toilet paper, towels, and garbage bags. most of the time, there was nowhere to park. VERY INCONVENIENT

Location was great, we could watch the ocean from our room and walk there and be on the beach within minutes

To be next to the beach and the sea.

There was not many dishes and no cleaning products.

Great stay! Stefan was a delight to chat with!

Pool could be a little bit warmer

The location couldn't have been more perfect! Being able to walk out onto the beach or take a short walk to the Pier was an absolute dream! The grill area was well loved by everyone staying and even though we had a slight issue getting one of them going the staff were right there and had it back up and running in no time! The room held everything we could need for utensils and dishes. We stayed in one of the suites which were surprisingly spacious yet compact. We plan on coming back again and again!

The only issue was not having an on site lobby. It was a little confusing on where we were supposed to go to get checked in but once we did figure it out the check in process couldn't have gone smoother!

I liked that we were close to everything and that we could see the ocean out from our room. we stayed in room 80.

The only complaint that we had was that there was no elevator to bring all our bags and cooler up in.

Location was amazing. My daughter and I had a fantastic time. The room was spotless when we arrived. We could hear the live entertainment a few doors down. Great experience !

Everything. The light by the kitchenette didn’t work but we didn’t even care. We want to stay there every year now! This was our first REAL vacation. So happy we were able to do it and stay here!

Nothing really. I have zero complaints except that I wish I could stay year round!

The location was perfect!!! And the staff was very nice. It was easy to book and you had everything we needed- closed off bedroom, kitchenette, Places to sit and a great view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable!

The shower curtain was only a half curtain so the water would come out the side or back whenever you used it. The couch and chairs could use a good cleaning or be replaced. When we would call the front desk no one would answer and we would have to leave a message then no one would call back. We did get what we needed but we think it because we stopped a facility worker (who instantly helped!!).
