Everything was great

Very cute beach decor, well equipped kitchen and several extra touches - coffee pods, dish soap, dishwasher pods all available in the unit. Nice plush towels. Plenty of beach gear stored just across the hall. Owner was very responsive when there was trouble with the air conditioning the first few days and then when the kitchen sink backed up! A+ in communication. As posted in the listing, we did have bulldozers/backhoes working throughout our stay, but a short walk took us to the beach. When the beachfront work is concluded and the pool is in, it will be terrific. Not much to do in the immediate surrounding area, but lots of restaurants just a short drive.

The decor is beautiful. Lorna is a very nice hostess. Takes care of the guests with extra sweet touches. The view would be beautiful except for the 3 pieces of equipment in the way, no pool. The pictures to advertise the condo are deceiving and not up to date. Yes it was listed that there was no beach access or pool. My fault for not paying close attention to that. I would love to go back when the new pool is in and the view is renewed. The building/elevator sends major updating. All in all nice area.

We stayed here while in town for a family wedding. The condo is in an older building but has has been updated and decorated beautifully. The owners went over and above to provide all the little touches - coffee bar, hygiene items , games and more. Bedding was very comfortable. We didn’t need a pool in January but that would be a drawback in warmer weather. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the surf. Walkable to several restaurants. Exceeded expectations. Communication about construction was appreciated.

Overall great property for the price of the rental. The unit itself was totally fine and very clean. The building the unit is in is the only reason for not having 5 stars. The buildings elevators smelled odd (mold maybe?). There were cracks in the walls and chipped paint in the hallways (storm damage possibly)? Again these only apply to the building, not the unit itself.

This apartment was perfect for what we needed. Host provided many additional amenities we were not expecting. We would definitely stay here again.

This is my hometown so I knew exactly the area I wanted. Down the street from my second Mom. Great spot for good times and bad! Made a horrible time in our lives comfortable and perfect for the times.

Absolutely gorgeous!

Absolutely stunning, from the moment you open the door. everything you need for your stay. So glad We took advantage of the Construction discount. Once Construction is completed the view will be Beautiful. The construction had no impact on our stay nor was it an Inconvenience. We will be Return! Joey

Great place to stay, very nice host! nice view out the living room, comfortable bed, and just a short walk to the public beach access. Construction didn't create any inconvenience. Once the the pool and wall are finished access will literally be out the back door.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was beautiful, comfortable, well equipped. Lorna (the owner) was very responsive and thought of everything. There is ongoing repairs and remodeling in the complex and the property will be outstanding when completed. The unit is right on the beach and it is beautiful. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

There is substantial construction going on outside and all around this condo. Inside you find the best little escape beach house. Every little thing you would need is there. Forgot your toiletries? No problem. Just run to Publix and make a lunch or dinner in this nice little kitchen and the coffee bar is fantastic!!

The condo is very nice. Very well equipped well stocked with any daily needs. Including snacks and condiments. Had a problem with TV which owner stopped by and corrected promptly. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Hope to stay again.

This condo is a classic example of "don't judge a book by its cover". The building is undergoing much needed renovations and is not in great condition - yet. We were a little worried when we first drove up. If you can look past that, the condo itself is adorable - well furnished, well equipped and has a great view. We had everything we needed for our stay and really enjoyed it once inside. Beds are comfy with nice linens, kitchen is well stocked and furniture is all quite nice. The balcony is screened, which was nice for being able to leave doors open and enjoy the breeze and had seating for 4. We enjoyed walks on the beach and having coffee and wine while enjoying the view. It is obvious that this unit is well cared for and well loved - they even had live plants that were a really nice touch. I hope that when the building renovations are complete, that they will do it justice. I will keep it in my "favorites" to check back if we are in the area again. Meanwhile, if you can look past the work in progress, this is still a great place to stay!

A very relaxing trip! At night you don’t hear anything but the waves. The condo is full stocked with everything you would ever need! Coolers, beach towels, chairs, etc. It was decorated so wonderfully and we felt at ease here. Bed was also very comfortable with quality linens! Great restaurants up the street 5-10min away. If you are looking for a trip to unwind this is for you!

Everything was so wonderfully put together, clean, and beautiful. We loved the coziness and warmth we felt looking out to the ocean while sitting on the patio and watching the sun go down! Will stay again

We had a wonderful time at this property! We enjoyed a few days at the beach after a week at a Disney! It was the perfect spot to relax!! The owner was wonderful, the condo was super clean, and the attention to detail is the best I have ever seen in a rental property!! We will definitely book again!
