So we recently stayed at this property during the 2023 MLK weekend. As you know there was record snowfall in Mammoth so this made things a bit challenging for us. When we first arrived at the property the driveway was packed full of snow, so we tried to open the garage with the opener but the door wouldn't budge so we had to dig our way to the front door, dig out the garage and driveway a bit before we could fit one car into the garage. Please note the garage is sufficient for regular sized vehicles but could barely fit my minivan and my friends Escalade and Lexus SUV would not fit at all. In addition the driveway was so packed with snow that we couldn't fit both cars in the drive way until the next day when we dug it out some more. Now why am I bringing up the amount of shoveling we did? Because apparently the community we stayed at DID have mammoth services that could plough the driveway but we didn't know this was an option so felt like we wasted a lot of time shoveling when the driveway could've been ploughed for us prior to arrival. Outside of that the property was great for the 11 of us with enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was big and well stocked and the dining area had plenty of seats. The only other downside was that one of the lamps had a busted bulb and one room had no electricity in the plugs, we had to flip the switch to get it working, and there was a dirty used towel under the cabinet in one of the bathrooms. Were these issues deal breakers? No like I said the property was big, close to the lifts and we all had a good time, outside of the shoveling! I had reached out to management a few times via email, in retrospect I should have called, but Maria always wrote back to me in a timely manner and did send maintenance staff out to fix the light bulbs. So communication was on point. All in all I would definitely recommend this property just a heads up if there is record snowfall and you have to deal with snow email or call the management ahead of time to have them get the plough guys to clear the road and driveway to you rental unit! Will save you a lot of time and hassle! Oh one last thing when you check out you have to dump the trash in a community bin, however guess what? With record snowfall the door to the trash bin area was buried in snow and I had to dig my way to the door to throw away trash, again this should not be on the renter to do this but just a heads up as well. The stay was amazing!! The location is prime and its close to everything from grocery store to the village the ski resorts!! Highly recommend this property!! Everything you needed the home had and it was super clean!!

It was a good ambience over the entire property. Only issues we encountered was 2 bathroom doors lock doesn't work and one of the bathroom flush had issues. These are however minor issues I had. Other than its a good property with full amenities

This property was just perfect for our weekend stay. We had a large group and the condo accommodated all of us very comfortably.

The home has many deferred maintenance issues. Electrical outlets that don’t work, shower door in master bath does not close. Screen to deck comes of track constantly. The housekeeping was horrible and we had to ask them to return the morning after we arrived. Floors were filthy and carpet full of dog hair. And we love dogs!! Sofa was so dirty we had to use towels to sit on to feel comfortable. Just wondering if the owners know how poor their home is being taken care of. Sad because the home is beautiful and location is perfect.

Perfect, central to everything location in a lovely, quiet community. Nice kitchen with comfortable beds, furniture and a great jacuzzi. They only negatives were that the house was dark and patio furniture was dirty and patio itself was small and felt enclosed..... but overall, we had a fantastic stay.

The home itself was awesome. The home was well equipped with everything and was very clean. We had a great time. The only complaint we have is with homeaway.com. They threw an extra charge on is for pet fees which we did not have any pets. Fortunately, Mammoth Reservations was able to resolve the issue for us.

This house is clean, well-kept and very well stocked for a comfortable stay in Mammoth. We were six people total but it easily accommodates 8-10 or even 12 depending on the number of kids. The kitchen was very well stocked and the hot tub was a hit after a hard days skiing. We highly recommend this property!!

Cozy, cute house which is set away from busy streets but is easily accessible to Minaret Road up to lifts. 2 car garage equipped with snow shovels and car brushes, etc. 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Master bedroom has a fireplace and large bathroom. The other bathrooms are sufficient but not great. Nice, large dining table easily accommodated our group of 10. Kitchen was medium sized but well equipped.

Great place to stay for family getaway. Nice and clean with new kitchen, bathrooms, and good mattresses. Lowest level heater in the room with bunk beds was not working so it was cold for the kids. Common areas seemed smaller than picture but overall a good place to stay

We had three generations sharing the space, and for the most part it was perfectly fine. Positives were: -the location (beautiful spot right on the golf course, nature in the front and to the side of you) -amenities (though I don't recall seeing it listed in the VRBO listing, the house had SO MUCH - bikes in the garage, sleds and other snow time goodies, chairs to take to the lake, pool towels, grill and a kitchen full of supplies). Negatives were: -the house is noisy! Every footstep from someone upstairs, every turn of a doorknob, all echoed throughout the house. -Not totally clean to my standard. Bath rugs were dirty, and the kitchen floor did not appear to have been recently cleaned. All in all, the house was great for what we needed and I would recommend to others.

We had a group come to mammoth for my birthday weekend. The cabin was wonderful. Everything was clean, easy to find and felt like a home away from home. The only thing that I wish was different was the parking situation. We had guest from all over California and they all came in different cars so to have a 4 car limit was not the easiest to manage. Otherwise it was a wonderful weekend and a beautiful place to stay.

I've stayed in 6+ different Mammoth Lakes rentals over the years, and this was definitely the best I've ever stayed in. What made it great? Size, amenities like the covered spa on the lower patio, and the gas grill on the upper patio (very nice with LP ready to go - even covered when not in use). This place could be my forever home, I didn’t want to leave and now a week or so later I literally miss it. Having the family up, enjoying the outdoors, hanging out in the home, etc. plus it’s pet friendly with some outdoor area to take the dogs out. The beds seemed to be all the same type: a deep memory foam that I really enjoyed, very squishy. Seemed to have some extra household stuff available to use if you left something at home (not that we needed or used anything). TV’s everywhere that were of high quality and good sized. This is a tri-level home with lots of stairs. Master BR upstairs, 2 BR on the main middle floor along with the kitchen/dining and main living room. 1 BR on the lower level as well as a mini living area that has a big TV and gaming console – great for the kids to hang out and have fun. Bathrooms on each floor with a total of 3 showers, and a laundry room and full garage on the lower floor. In the summer, there were 3 parking spots in an overflow area right across from the unit – but obviously no guarantees that it’s going to be available. Also, there’s room in the driveway in front of the unit where two cars could be parked if needed (again, likely only in summer). A couple of minor complaints: the lighting you see in the pictures isn't accurate - it's actually very dim lighting throughout the home. We couldn't change the ceiling fan direction in the Master BR because it was too high which made it too warm at night. The pans, plates, etc. were pretty old and abused, may need some replacements sometime soon. The microwave was really hard to open. Minor issues in

Great location and beautiful place. Our only complaint was one bed had dirty/hairy sheets. Another room had empty soda can with a piece of peperoni in it. Keruig machine does not work. I would stay again as I just expect the cleaning crew had a bay day.

We had a great time! The condo was very clean and had a great layout. Loved the hot tub!
