We loved the outdpor porch for heated puzzling and hang out. Customer service lead up was great and helpful. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Great house in a beautiful area. We had 3 families staying with plenty of room to play, cook, and hang out when it was raining outside. Cacapon state park is not too far away and has great mountain biking and hiking. Easy communication with owner too. Definitely coming back!

Nice cabin, spacious. Check-in was good. Friendly neighborhood, forest and nearby state parks. Except the annoying texts (when we were watching TV at 10pm) mentioning noise from the host, everything else went well. Also No proper TV arrangement for kids, so had to take the TV upstairs for watching.

This cabin was perfect for our Christmas family reunion. Plenty of room and comfortable beds for everybody, the stove is very warm, the kitchen is well equipped. Tony was very helpful every step of the way and always very quick to respond. The whole experience was a pleasure.

We had a wonderful time with family. Lots of room and very close to Downtown Berkley Springs. Owner was responsive and helpful.
However there are some things that need to be addressed.
Upstairs bedroom was not vacuumed
Leaves had not been swept from deck or covered area
Bugs in windows - need cleaning
Ceiling tiles missing, pushed up in the ceiling and or dirty.
Downstairs bedroom strange smell / and musty.
Tv in basement with little seating so we brought it upstairs in the main living area - much better.
Dining room not useable in cooler temps as it’s not heated.
No broom avail to use. One of the pantry’s couldn’t be opened - missing door knob)

We recently celebrated my parent's 50th Anniversary with a family weekend and this was the perfect spot! The cabin has great common areas for hanging out (the great room, the deck, and a pretty dining area), as well as plenty space for folks to spread out and get a little alone time too. With 3 teens this was essential:). The location is great, just 10-15 minutes from both the nearby state park and the cute, historic town of Berkeley Springs. The host was very responsive to any questions that came up, and was very eager to ensure we had the best experience possible.

This was a great cabin and me and my family enjoyed it a lot. The location is great, there are a plenty of beds and places for hanging out in and out of the cabin. Communication with the owner was smooth. Would highly recommend this!

We stayed at this house while on a bike trip along the C&O Canal. Place was large enough to support our group and the rooms met our needs. We stayed here overnight on our way home from the beach. It was an absolutely beautiful area and the cabin was exactly as described! We enjoyed it very much so did our dogs! To our surprise there was a propane fire put on the front porch too.

Spacious and relaxing.
We so enjoyed our stay. The basement was perfect for my two teenage boys and my girls loved their rooms. Having a large kitchen and three bathrooms, on vacation, was perfect for our large family. Planning to stay her again.

The cabin was huge!! Had plenty of room for 14 people to sleep. All of the kids had a blast playing in the huge living room. All of the beds were a very comfortable memory foam type mattress. Everything was very clean and well prepared and the host explained everything you would need to know about the cabin very clearly and gave great suggestions on things to do in the local area. And having wifi was a huge plus also! Deffinately recommend this cabin for anyone wanting a nice quiet getaway with plenty of space to get comfortable!! Also coolfont resort has awsome food in their restaurant and is only about 2 minutes away!!
