Our stay was great! The place was very clean and just as it was in the pictures. Only complaint is that there is no large pan to cook with and no surface cleaner to wipe down kitchen. Both not a big deal at all, but I cooked twice while staying here. Other than that, definitely worth renting! The outdoor hot tub at the building next to it is open in the winter!

Bed cover was stained I texted them about it they replied they were gonna have some come resolved the issue but they never did.

The villa needs some updating such as a new couch and the carpet is not in very good shape. It should be replaced. The a/c thermostat did not work. We purchased batteries and changed them but that didn’t fix it. It was a bit stuffy in there but thank goodness it wasn’t terribly hot! Everything else was good! The indoor water park was great and the location of the villa was good!!

If you’re looking for a sleeping spot while enjoying the Chula Vista Water Park with all of your young ones, this may be for you. If you’re looking for a nice quiet Golf get away, it ain’t gonna happen. First of all, directions to this particular unit are extremely vague and it took a number of drive bys and stop for information just to get the right building. After finally finding the unit, we were underwhelmed with the internal ambience. “Rode hard and put away wet” comes to mind. Clean? Adequately. New and Fresh? Hardly. Looks like pet friendly means brings your goat. Unit Amenities? Hint: bring what you need for a long haul because there’s nothing here. There is a coffee maker with decent coffee for a couple days. A toaster. Some utensils and dishware. Not much else. It sleeps 9. The balcony barely holds 2. No table other than a 4 seat bar. Bath and sink slow or clogged. Fun to watch the golfer hack around on number 10 & 11 of Cold Water Canyon golf course (reasonably priced and in great condition). For the price, venue and location, this unit is fair - again depending on how you spend your time.

The room air condition was too loud. Couldn't hear the TV. Overall loved it.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and clean. The issues we had with the unit got resolved within the hour. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact the Chula Vista tickets were NOT included. There’s no discount for purchasing waterpark tickets even though for staying at a Chula Vista property. Overall we had a great time.

There was vague information to find the “villa” location. There are two separate villa buildings both with 4 floors and a continuous room number system. One villa has rooms 71xx-74xx and the other villa rooms 75xx-78xx. Room was very clean. However, there were instructions in the kitchen to sanitize all of the serviceware and cookware. I was annoyed to “unpack” the kitchen and run everything through the dishwasher at the time of arrival. I did not follow the instructions for sanitation on the kitchen counter as I did not bring my own bleach and I was not going to hand wash everything in the kitchen. Noisy neighbors Friday and Saturday night. Both queen beds were very comfortable. Entry, hallways and elevator were also very clean. I think the villa house keeping team does a good job.

Great condo. Conveniently located near the volleyball tournament. Nice setting.

Me and my family stayed here for my son's birthday weekend . We enjoyed the stay.. the only gripe I have is that I wished it wasn't so cold on the main floor. The electric fireplace wasn't working at all and they also have some kind of electrical issue. Main light at the door needs to be on for all the other lights to come on.. Other then that... great space .. will come back

Was very clean and located near Woodside Sports center. Down town Wisconsin Dells only 4 miles.Price was very reasonable. Would go back soon.

Place is a little dated. Also a bit of a drive from things to do. But overall, our family enjoyed our stay!

Only issue is the a/c,it's so loud we couldn't hear the tv or sleep with it on.

Some of the furniture was broken. A couple of light bulbs were out. Nails were sticking out of the banister of the stairs at the landing. It’s nice it’s close to downtown and the Chula Vista resort. There was no information about where the pool or hot tub was located or really much at all about the area.

Accommodations were great, but AC was very loud. Had to turn off ac in order to sleep

We had just enough room for our group of 8 and found the beds to give a good nights rest

The unit was clean, and building nice and quiet. The hot tub was outdoors and only available only by appointment during the spa hours, which was disappointing.
