We loved our stay at Terry and Marla's. The house was stocked with everything we could want or need. And the house was so clean! The beds were very comfortable and we slept so well on them. Appreciated all Terry's did for us. If we stay in tupelo again we will definitely book this house again.

We rent in this area 4-5 times a year going to Ole Miss football games. This house is now at the top of our list! We give it a 5 on all the usual stuff-cleanliness, communication, etc but it’s the little extras that puts this house at the top! The cinnamon rolls we had for breakfast, the waters in the frig, and the cheese and cracker tray that we munched on after the game and on the ride home-these are the “little things” that made our stay extra special.

This was a great experience for my family and I. Very clean. Thoughtful details. Awesome rolls. Fun towel creation on beds, just like a cruise. Great location. Clear communication with the owners. We're hoping to come back next year. Thank you for caring so well.

This owner goes “ABOVE & BEYOND” what most others have extras in the frig., great coffee selections w/different sweetners/creamers, even delicious cinnamon rolls! Very clean, beautifully decorated w/many interesting things to look at & read that has local significance. ♥️ Lots of aminities included like charcoal & lighterfluid. We loved all the interesting old photos of Elvis taken locally, the pictures & books on the local American Indian history. And the 3 booklets they provided with much needed info in them. Thanks for a GREAT stay! Highly recommend! 👏♥️👏😁

Stayed in Tupelo for Niece’s softball tournament . House was set in a beautiful location, comfy and clean. Host was very responsive and thoughtful, couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Owners are wonderfully responsive and kind people. My children loved helping to gather the eggs and playing at the playhouse. We hosted family several times over the fire pit and off the grill. Would recommend to families! :)

Terry and Marla’s hospitality was wonderful from the cinnamon rolls from a local bakery, items provided in the refrigerator and local samples of handmade soap. We were in town to visit my grandmother in assisted living. To be able to bring her over to the house so we could just spend time with her was great. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It felt like home(without the chores and yard work!) from the time we walked through the door till the day we checked out. I would highly recommend this property to anybody staying in Tupelo for business or for pleasure.

This was a fabulous property. Terry and Marla were fabulous hosts and spare no effort in ensuring the stay is memorable. The location to the Aquatic Center was great. We loved the neighborhood and the house was perfect.

We really enjoyed staying in this home. Everything was very clean and it felt like home right away. The owners were out of town but their assistant checked us in and she was very knowledgeable and kind.

Our stay was so great! My adult children and I enjoyed our stay so much! Way better than a hotel would ever be. As we didn’t think we would be here much to enjoy the home, to attend the wedding festivities, we still were able to relax and enjoy. My kids loved the fire pit and made s’mores 😊. We appreciated the fruit tray and pepperoni cheese and cracker tray as well as the water. The house is immaculate. In a beautiful neighborhood. With the Elvis memorabilia and history of the area as added bonus. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Terry and Marla

Lacking nothing. Quiet neighborhood. We used both front and back patios. Numerous bird feeders so we enjoyed watching/listening to cardinals, finches.

House is recently renovated and in new condition. Extremely clean and comfortable, and bedding was very comforable. Owners went out of their way to communciate and accomodate us during our stay. Fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks, and coffee was stocked as well -- as a result, we did not have to make a trip to the store to buy anything. We did not experience any problems during our stay. We will stay here again if the chance presents itself.

This newly remodeled house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood only a short drive to downtown with a huge back yard and plenty of room (plus some!) for our family of four. As soon as you walk in you can tell the owners have gone out of their way to make us comfortable with a huge refrigerator full of waters, coffee, and snacks. The little touches did it for us - plenty of extra towels, velvet hangers, lots of closet space for luggage, a fire pit and grill, hair dryers, legos and puzzles for the kids, and the soaking tub! Any history buff will love staying here with the extensive collection of books and memorabilia - from Elvis, to Native American and black history, to old family farms and more. We felt right at home and had a much needed retreat thanks to this wonderful little history filled cottage.
