Bring your own coffee filters and things you need with you just in case. It's a nice unit, but hope you have no one above you because the wooden floors make a LOT of noise esp. above. Great location in the area.

We loved our 2 day stay here. Very quiet neighborhood and even nicer home. Very clean and tidy when we first arrived and the place is fully equipped with everything you need. Close to the village and everything else. Great communication from the owner.
I Highly recommend this place for a getaway year round.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had an ample and varied supply of dishes and cutlery. The property manager, Vacasa was very responsive and helped us with a couple of things promptly. The home is on the ground level with two bedrooms and plenty of seating in the living room area. There are two TVs and there is a little terrace outside witches is relatively private. It was a long weekend so we heard the occupants upstairs walking. Overall a nice and spacious accommodation.

Overall it was a great vacation. The house was extremely clean and has everything you need. The beds were not the most comfortable to sleep on. Check in was horrible. The access code provided was not correct and had to wait for management for over an hour to get in. The location however was amazing. Close to Blue Mountain village and the beach. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

A beautifully situated condo for family. Relaxing and in the perfect neighborhood. Clean and many activities to do or also a perfect place to just relax and unwind.
I will definitely be coming back with my family. They made staying here easy like my own home. BBQ available outside and laundry room in your condo. Pet friendly and clean!

We had an amazing stay the place is beautiful and so close to everything walk or drive to the village. Only downfall was the bedroom tv did not connect to anything and our last night we could hear the renters from upstairs walking around. Other than that will be back out pup loved it

Spotlessly clean when we arrived. Very well equipped kitchen, just remember to bring salt and pepper if you plan on doing any cooking. The thermostat and the gas fireplace are linked, which gives a warm and cosy atmosphere. There's a very comfortable seating area around the fireplace.

Really nice and serene. Private, clean. Great pool and good value for our money. Small things would have made the stay more comfortable like functioning drawers in the bedrooms (all got stuck, very hard to open and close), replacement of kitchen faucet (hard to use), and having outdoor patio furniture.

Great layout, very spacious design of all rooms, especially main room and kitchen area, good furniture, very clean (if a tiny bit dated), everything you need is there! I loved the walk-out to back and the open landscaping incl patio and BBQ ! Had a great stay - will be back!

Everything was as in the pictures at the property.
Pleasant surprise was the included shuttle to blue mountain and being able to park at the door.
The fireplace control was hard to find. It would have been nice to have a little note there which explained it. It also would have been nice if there had been coffee, sugar, maybe some coffee whitener or even a couple tea bags. If I had known there would be a keurig, I would have brought some k-cups.
Communication with the management company was sub standard. I called for help once and the help was very good but way more time consuming than should be. When I texted for assistance, the response time was unacceptably slow. Vacasa should hire some more staff.

Perfect townhome for a mini getaway!
This property was just as described on the listing. Very clean and accommodating! Only 4 min drive from The Blue Mountain Village area. And about 7-10 min drive from grocery stores! Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to family and friends as well!
