This is our second visit to the same caravan (the Swan) and as we come in March we love the efficient central heating. It's a real home from home and a great base for us to go and explore the local area. It is always nice and clean when we arrive and the site is peaceful; just what we are looking for. We will return.

Peace & Quiet : the facilities : proximity to father / grand-father with whom we spent the short Christmas holiday and reasonable cost.

As the weather wasn't very good, we particularly appreciated the central heating in the caravan. The caravan was in good order throughout and spacious for the two of us. The site is well placed for local shops and is well cared for and quiet which we appreciated. The only slight thing that let it down was the lack of good cooking utensils such as a non-stick frying pan and roasting tins.

Stayed in other sites last 12 years however took family advice and stayed here.Should have listened years ago.Much quieter , nicer vans and much better location.Owners couldn’t do enough.Had van in small field which was idyllic and peaceful.

The accommodation is first class, very well presented, immaculately clean.
The owners are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

The caravan park was peaceful and very well kept. The caravan was in good condition and very clean. Everything you need is nearby.

The park is very quiet and relaxing. Near to local amenities and good bus route to Bognor Regis and Chichester and further afield. Good Chinese and Indian takeaway nearby too The caravan was clean and comfy.

We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed a sunny week in a lovely caravan. Enough outside space with picnic table to take full advantage of weather. The area around the site had everything we needed regards shops etc.
We would definitely use this site again and recommend it to others.
