The bed was broke. We had to sleep in the bed for two nights with the top of the bed broke. The bed stayed slanted for those two days and my head began to hurt due to the discomfort. We did not have a remote for the television in the room. They did not have anyone at the front desk to give us towels and were there for 4 nights.

Condo was rommy and clean. Entry into condo was pretty easy, but finding the building and parking was extremely difficult!!
Kitchen is nice sized, but very, very lacking in stock, ie: silverware, cups, dishes and utensils.
Sofa sleeper was awful!! A memory foam topper, or new mattress would make a huge difference.
Condo lacked enough blankets(none provided for sofa sleeper) and towels. If it has a hottub, extra towels would have been beneficial!
The size was good. Loved having a dining table, since there was 5 of us.
Price was very reasonable, but expected better amenities for that cost.

We LOVED the supplies (quality and quantity), the location in the Chula Vista resort and how close it was to the Broadway strip of the Wisconsin Dells. The ease of access into the room was great and the large kitchen was quite helpful in cooking together. The jetted tub was a lovely addition, however, you sadly can’t see the living room TV from the tub and it was so difficult to drain that we had to just leave it with water in it. The nature walk, arcade, and water park were lovely accessories to our vacation. It was also super quiet in the condos and allowed us to feel seclusion yet “at home.”

We got there and it was clean, but a few items needing repairs (chairs were wobbly, table leg kinked, kitchen sink was leaking, lamp was crooked). I contacted the number and sent pictures upon request. They said to turn off the water so it wouldnt leak anymore and asked if it was okay to have someone enter the room to fix and look at the issues. I agreed but no one ever showed. We went the whole trip wothout leaning back on the chairs, and without using the kitchen sink. It was a little annoying and we just didnt want to be charged for damages that werent our fault.

We arrived to the fridge leaking water in the kitchen. We immediately reported but never heard back from anyone. Also there was no bedding for the sofa bed and everytime I asked to be helped with that they would just say they are contacting the “local team” but no one ever reached back out or provided any kind of help! Highly recommend booking directly with the hotel instead!

Didn’t have to drive too far from La Crosse WI.
Was able to use outdoor hot tub in a snow storm at night which was kinda fun actually. Bar, restaurant, coffee all avail on property which was nice. The room had a code instead of a key from private owner. Thought it was a good value. kitchen smelled alittle off like maybe someone smoked cigars once upon a time. Individual rooms didn’t smell. Not unbearable just noticeable. Otherwise overall clean & easy.

The condo was very nice. It was very spacious and clean. Everything was exactly as stated. The location was very close and convenient, but also not in the downtown crowd. We made this a family vacation and had a lot of fun in the Dells. We would stay here again if back in the area.

Clean, organized, plenty of towels, and kitchen is stocked well with dishes and pans. Need a few more forks in silverware drawer. Kitchen, living area and rooms are very roomy!
Condo is on THRID FLOOR, Not 4th. It’s in second building from end between entrance doors 6 and 7, across parking lot from indoor water park

We had some trouble finding the right building and it was 3 td vs 4 th floor! Luckily a nice worker on a golf cart helped us!
I was just disappointed that the waterpark didn’t have any discount, as if u book direct with Chula Vista it is all included. Also loved having the Chop Shop and Starbucks nearby!

Shower drain was clogged. Dishes from previous rental were dirty. Floors are worn and ragged. Directions to find the room were not clear. I probably would not use again.

Overall, the place was beautiful! For the price, it was a bummer that the tub in the bathroom (not the master) didn’t train properly and pooled up while in the shower. The carpet by the kitchen is older and was torn. Also, wasn’t impressed by having to pay a VRBO fee AND a Vacasa fee. The $186/night charge ended up being $325/night.
I would encourage this place to find a way to include the water park wristband with the fee.

Great condo, well kept. Only recommendation is to upgrade the TV package/programming. Was impossible to figure out what channels they had and what was on.

Girls getaway
We had a great time once we were able to find the "condo" entrance. Future renters this is located on the left side of the Chula Vista buliding and behind the Waterpark building!!! The condo is located on the 3rd floor which we saw from a list inside the elevator.

Great getaway
My husband and I like to take a short weekend getaways every year for our birthdays and this condo was everything and more that we wanted and needed. Very spacious and clean, the hot tub inside the condo was great to relax in. Would highly recommend for your stay!

Good size unit and good communication
The unit itself was large. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The fireplace and large tub in the main living area was nice. The building itself is a bit run down. We stayed off season weekday and it was maybe 10% occupied. Overall it’s a good value if you do not want to pay higher prices.

Enjoyed our stay
Overall good stay but listing said pools when in fact you have to pay extra to use pools. You have to pay the waterpark fee to use the pools, so don’t purchase Noah’s Ark if you plan to stay here. Loved the hot tub though

Chula Vista Unit #2314
The unit was very spacious in all respects. However, the coffee maker didn't' work well, there were only 3 spoons (we ate cereal with an ice cream scoop); the internet was hit or miss, and a wave pool was advertised but not available the days we stayed. Do not be led to believe that waterpark access is included in the stay--it is not--and we had to pay extra for 6 tickets for our party.

All water amenities where closed and internet hardly worked. Furniture was really low, not good for older people. The furniture was also ragged and torn.

Excellent, relaxing, fun!
Loved staying in this condo. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to relax. It was so great to have a full kitchen and two bathrooms! We loved the jacuzzi!
