Coming in early on the ferry I called to see if we could get a early check in and they were SO nice and accommodating. The cozy corner is right in town, it was a 5 minute walk to any food place / shop. If we ever come back we would only stay here! Rooms are perfect if you are going to spend most of the time out and about. No stove top, but a decent size mini fridge with utensils and microwave! We pre-packed some snacks and food knowing there wasn’t a stove. Overall 10/10!! Don’t forget to use your discount on the San Juan excursions !

However, Room #3 does not have A/C and it faces the ACE Hardware parking lot with a bright security light. The only window which opens faces the parking lot so if you want to use a fan to cool the room - then you get the bright light. This is next to busy street and gas station so you hear loud cars during the night as the window is open. The is a house divided into 3 separate rooms. The only noise barrier is a solid wood door which sound and some light travels through. We had loud neighbors up to almost midnight. Ear foam plugs still didn't stop the noise. A/C would have been a great help so at least the window and blinds could be closed.

Excellent little cottage. Clean. Nice updates. Just right four stay. Perfect location in Friday harbor and perfect for a couple. We will recommend to anyone and would stay there again for sure. The only concern is the little parking lot can only really accommodate two cars not yheee as stated. But wasn't a problem during our stay. No A/C but none needed in July 2023--just open the door for five minutes at night and you're set. Perfect location.

Just what you need for a few days in Friday Harbor. Everything in town is within walking distance. Minor issue - no bathroom sink. Surprisingly, noise from Ace Hardware next door not an issue.

This was perfect for us! We were able to walk to every place we wanted in town.

Great location near shops. Restaurants and the Harbor. Easily walkable. We went to a different coffee shop every day to try a variety. Shower is very small and difficult to move around. Sink to use is the kitchen sink. The floors were very dirty so we wore shoes to walk around so our feet would not get dirty. The rooms are very close together and we could hear telling and loud TVs. Earplugs are provided.

After letting management know that I left early and how unhappy I was, they made it quite known that they are aware of the problem and would offer ant traps, if I would have let them know. I wonder why aren't the traps already in the units?! Also, I was not offered any kind of refund. Feels like they want your money upfront and don't care what we have to deal with after that!

This was our second stay at this property- we’ve stayed in the #1 unit and now #3. The units are awesome- clean, nicely renovated, laid out to take full advantage of the space. The bed is super comfy and the shower has excellent water pressure- the two things that I’m always looking for in a place to stay! It can be a bit noisy but white noise machines and earplugs are provided and a nice touch. I do recommended an eye mask if you have trouble sleeping with lights on as quite a bit of ambient light makes it into the bedroom. Love this spot- we will be back!

The property was fine for the price, well located and well supplied. If you are looking for just a place to sleep with a good location, (abutting the parking lot of Ace Hardware) then this place is ok. If you wanted to hang out, look at a view and perhaps read a book then I would strongly suggest somewhere else.But again the cost reflected this disadvantage.

This was a great place in a great location! We loved our stay. It did get hot since there were no windows that opened. I called and they brought a fan over right away. My husband and I loved our little get away!

The on-site parking is limited but is nice to have since the rest of the town has daytime parking limits. Proximity to Friday Harbor shops and restaurants is excellent. The place was very clean and having a lock code instead of a key is handy. This unit felt new but cheaply built. The windows do not open so there is zero air flow. Fans are provided but that just circulates the stale air. The bathroom consists of a toilet and a shower. You wash your hands, brush your teeth, and shave in the kitchen sink. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything the neighbors say and do. Earplugs and a sound machine are provided. There was very little noise from the street and community but we were very aware of the people in the neighboring units. Overall, it served our purpose as we didn’t spend much time in our unit but we probably would not stay here again because of how thin the walls are.

This was a really fun location - super clean and well maintained. It was within close walking distance to everything in Friday Harbor. The property management crew was very helpful with check in - easy to contact with quick response. A great stay!
