My wife and I attended the Harvest Music Festival in Fredericton and were very lucky to be able to rent this property. It had everything and more of what we needed for a great stay. The property was very clean and well equipped. The Neighborhood is absolutely beautiful with so many historic homes, and we enjoyed walking around taking the architecture in. We were a 15 minute walk from downtown and just 2 blocks from Frederictons Farmers Market that was a an event in itself.
Molly was so great to deal with and very prompt with answers to any of our questions. If you need to be in Fredericton, this would be a perfect spot to stay.

This property was almost perfect. I am living with dialysis so my wife and I went upstairs to figure out which room would work best. As I was returning downstairs I tripped on the two stage landing and suffered a significant cut on my arm which required a hospital visit, along with superficial bruises. Safety strips on stair edge needed. Fortunately, no broken bones! No grab bars in ensuite shower. Molly, the Property Manager, was totally awesome, she was very helpful in arrangements for delivery of dialysis supplies, assistance in providing temporary treatment of my wounds and arrangements for late checkout.

A nicely renovated home had everything we needed. We walked to downtown in a few minutes and enjoyed the market and many restaurants nearby.

Thank you for such a lovely place to stay. We were only sorry we didn’t have more time to enjoy it. Clean, modern and wonderful decor. Check-in and communication were both excellent.

We booked a week for our daughter's wedding. Check in was easy with an email and non person contact. Property was clean and well kept. Some sundries such as coffee and sugar were there for us. Kitchen dishes, pots and pans were sufficient for us to prepare meals for 3. It was really nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the unit so we could wash clothes half way through week.(with flights now we travel with carry on only.) Living room was large enough for our daughter and family members to come back Friday night. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect spot as a base for the Harvest 2022 festival in Fredericton. The space was awesome. The hosts were fantastic. Will definitely book again

This place was dirty. Had the clean the bathroom before we could shower. Dust all over the light fixtures and garbage and hair on the floor. Space would be nice if it was clean. Beds were comfortable, pillows sucked.

Double Booked, host very helpful
VRBO double booked our stay (glitch in the site, not the host's fault), and as soon as the issue was identified our host immediately worked on finding us another accommodation. Within 30 minutes she had found us alternative accomodations with another VRBO host and at no additional cost to us despite being a more expensive VRBO. While I cannot speak to the interior of the property, if it's even a fraction as good as the hosts then your stay will be phenomenal.

Great place in a beautiful part of Fredericton
This is a beautiful old home that has been done up in a very stylish and modern manner. It's very well appointed and comfortable. The property is quite close to walks, restaurants and bars. We only stayed one night as we were on a road trip, but could have happily spent several days here.

Beautiful, clean and walkable to everything
What a wonderful place. It has very comfortable beds, great linens and a stocked kitchen. It is just a short walk to the Walking Bridge that is a must. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay for several nights to really get to explore Fredrickton. One night is just not enough. We will definitely come back again and stay longer!
