Great place to stay if staying overnight. However, there is nothing close by, other than other hotels.

The air conditioning unit didn’t work and had a timer setting that we couldn’t override. We slept uncomfortably due to this. Otherwise, the facility was decent however that experience put us off.

We were traveling with our dog and needed to stay somewhere that was pet friendly. It was great being on the ground floor with an exterior walk out. It made it so convenient when the dog needed to go out

It was a perfectly pleasant motel with an average breakfast. Exactly what we needed for a short overnight stay during a long road trip.

Our go-to stop in Fredericton because of the excellent breakfast. AC unit was not working so it was insanely hot in our room through the night.

Desk staff seemed quite timid, except for one with a somewhat gruff manner who would suddenly appear and take over whenever I asked a question. Sometimes she didn't understand my question / forgot to mention something, which created some minor confusion. She would get short tempered when this happened and on more than one occasion, she stomped off in a huff with her back to me while answering my question and telling me how she had done everything right, etc. I was surprised by this and found myself trying to keep things nice and make her feel like its all ok. These were simply things that were of little consequence (there were hangers missing from our room and we enquired about laundry facilities). I really just wanted to get things done and be on my way. Later it occurred to me that it made me feel bad. We only spent two nights, but if we stayed longer I would have avoided asking anymore questions. That's not how a hotel should want guests to feel.

It was clean nd a/c was good. Breakfast was fine as well.

I always love this hotel. We had a room with a separate room for the kids, it had 2 twin beds! They loved it! Only downfall is no pool for the kids! Breakfast is always hot, and plentyful!

The windows let all sounds get in I couldn’t sleep well with the noise of the wind and the bed sheets were a little old the bottom ones were like sand on my legs
