My wife and I took our family to Anna Marie Island in Florida this year, and we chose this little gem as our first house rental while on vacation. To be honest, at first, we were skeptical doing it online, but, Island Dreams, the property management company was quick to communicate and ensured us of an amazing stay. This house will NOT disappoint you. Please choose this house for your getaway. We had an amazing time here. The property was very clean and well maintained. This 3-bedroom oasis was plenty of room for our family of four but would accommodate more for sure without issue. The outside patio was great, nice grill to use, and the property management company provided a new LP tank for it as well on arrival. About an hour after we arrived, we were greeted by a representative of the property management company, and she greeted us with a bag of essentials to get us started. There is an onsite washer and dryer and a connected 2 car garage. The entire back yard is gated and secured with a 6-foot fence. And I left the best for last, THE POOL was incredible. It was clean, warm, and inviting. We honestly spent 5 of the 8 days at the house just swimming and enjoying the warm weather. We will stay here again without a doubt if we went to this area again. Please do not hesitate to choose this property, I promise having just stayed there, you will not be let down. The price was reasonable like staying at a nice hotel, but this house was FAR better than any hotel stay we ever had!

This was our second year staying here. We absolutely love the neighborhood and the house itself. Very clean, and well maintained. Perfect for our group (5 adults and 2 kids) Honestly, we would've booked it again for next year but unfortunately, the rental price keeps increasing by quite a bit so we had to switch homes.

Great last minute Christmas get-away for our family of 5. The weather was not the greatest for us to enjoy the pool as much, but when we did the water was nice and warm and very enjoyable. We loved the big private backyard. Everything was provided that we needed. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay. Cute and cosy and clean. Normally we stay on AMI but this time wanted to stay off. 15 minutes from beach made this a great location. Close to Robinson preserve which is a wonderful place to take kids. The house was equipped with just about anything we needed for the beach with wagon, toys, coolers, chairs, and floats. The pool was our favorite place to hang out and a great patio for sun! The beds were the comfiest we’ve ever slept in a rental! My only issue was the master bedroom was a little warmer than all other rooms. The house came with many portable fans which helped. Already planning another trip!

Very well kept property! The backyard and pool were absolutely fabulous.. There were floaties/water toys on property so we didn't have to bring or buy them. Tons of space and lots of seating. The interior was quite spacious and nicely upgraded. Very convenient location with restaurants and shopping. Grocery is right around the corner. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful home
Perfect home for our family girls trip. The pool was great and we really appreciated all of the extras (Beach towels, wagons, umbrellas, coolers, pool toys, beach toys, laundry and dish soap, etc). We will consider this home again in the future.

Nice property, but not exactly as described
Overall, we enjoyed the stay. However, we really wanted the heated pool. It was broken when we arrived. A heated pool in Florida is NOT the same as everywhere else. They use a very low level type heater (not gas powered) and it doesn't work very well. The house looked like it had recently been remodeled, tags were left on items, etc. Overall not a bad place to stay but rather expensive for what it was.

Terrific Home
Viva la Flamingo was perfect for our 3-week stay in the Bradenton area. It is clean, spacious, modern, comfortable, quiet, and looks as nice as the pictures. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. It is in a quiet part of the city and conveniently located near all that the area has to offer. The communication was excellent and the managers were very responsive to the questions that we had. I would highly recommend this home.

They thought of everything!!
My family just stayed here the week of thanksgiving and we will 100% book the rental again in the future. The location is so central and the neighborhood is nice & quiet. The house was perfect size and decorated beautifully. They thought of absolutely everything that someone visiting could want/need! The heated pool was excellent for kids who wanted to swim nonstop!! Our only suggestion would be a railing for the pool. Oh, and maybe more plastic dishes (especially if you’ve got young kids staying!) It was our first time using VRBO and it was such a smooth process! Thank you for a wonderful place for our family to call home for the week.

Beautiful
My family and I stayed here for our regular summer vaca which falls on my youngest daughters birthday needless to say this house was beautiful there was so much room for all six of us it was great. My mother and my mother in law came with my family if 4. And each of us were more then comfortable. There was plenty of towels for the beach plus they had beach chairs and a canopy to bring with you it was wonderful. We all enjoyed waking up to a pool that was clean and spacious. We had a fabulous time here coquina beach was amazing we went to siest key but we thought coquina was way better!

Good value for the money
House was exactly as pictured. Pool was really nice. Neighborhood was quiet and close to a lot of amenities and Anna Maria Island beaches.
A few things that we should mention; the mattresses in the 2 king bedrooms were incredibly uncomfortable. While sitting and laying on the beds you could feel the springs through the top. Neither bathroom had an exhaust fan or air conditioning. We called the property company regarding a few issues in the house and although they showed up very quickly, they did not resolve all problems. This left us with a backed up drain in the bathtub and no patio umbrellas for shade around the pool for the majority of the week.

Superb Location
My family and I came here for a beach vacation. This home was in a great spot, 15min from beautiful beaches, restaurants, and bars. 5min from grocery stores, etc. and just 10min from downtown Bradenton, breweries, etc. Also, house was exactly like pictures in post with a nice warm pool to swim in when just relaxing around the house.

It was wonderful
The backyard was beautiful and very private, the fence around the entire yard was great. The house was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. We cooked a lot so it could have used a few more cooking/baking pans and cooking utensils. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

Nice Getaway
The house was very nice and pretty clean. The heated pool was great, but small. The bedrooms were very spacious. There were a few items missing that were needed, such as a grill brush cleaner, the kitchen needed a few more pots and pans. No vents in the bathrooms and the bathroom windows would not open. On the morning we left, I didn't like that we couldn't leave just that days washcloths and towels for the cleaning crew to wash, dry and put away.

Beautiful Backyard with pool!
We stayed here for 2 weeks and the backyard was perfect with a heated pool. The pool was very clean and there were lots of chairs including comfortable lounge chairs. It had a nice table with chairs and a grill right beside it. The rooms were nice sized and it was well stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels.

Private Heated Pool, Great Location
Our three kids enjoyed the treat of the heated pool despite the cool February air. Very clean home in a nice, walkable neighborhood. We enjoyed an evening at nearby Robinson Preserve and watching the sunset at Anna Maria island. We had a very enjoyable respite!

Awesome family vacation
We are a family of four. We really enjoyed Vila la flamingo, it was clean, had everything that we needed and more. The pool is amazing, the backyard is large and the house has plenty of towels and large tvs. The kitchen is fully stocked and the neighborhood is quiet. Huge parking two in the garage and several on the driveway if needed. We will say there again in the future!
