We were in PCB beach in October. Seahorse is a beautiful home with all amenities you would need! Warren Beach Rentals was great! They were so helpful and definitely found us the perfect place!! WBR will do all to make your stay memorable! I highly recommend Warren Beach Rentals to find you that perfect place on the beach! And I will return to Seahorse! A beautiful beachfront home!!

We went Thanksgiving and there were 16 of us! It was the perfect house for multiple families. It is so nice having two living spaces and kitchens. There were a lot of great sitting areas but the upper balcony has the best view any time of day! It was a perfect spot to relax and watch sunsets! You literally step off the patio to the beautiful sandy beach! The kids loved the bunk bed rooms! We walked to several stores and restaurants or a couple of miles down is a great outdoor mall, dog beach, and a ton of restaurants. The houses were clean and had everything we needed. We just had the best time and plan to go back next Thanksgiving!

We had the most amazing stay at this beach front home. Was able to bring my mother that has not been on a vacation in over 25 years to stay in the beach side cottage with me and my husband. So accommodating with no steps, amazing views from inside and easy access to patio and the beach. The addition 2 story home accommodated my children and their spouses and our first grandson! Have fallen in love with PCB with this stay and loved how conveniently located this beach front home is. Beautifully decorated inside with perfect walk in showers in all bathrooms (perfect for my mother). We all loved the hot tub!! Our family group of 9 was extremely happy with the Seahorse. The house was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own rooms and spread out. All of the facilities were as advertised and very clean. Views from the property are excellent and parking is plentiful. Will definitely book this property in the future.

We just stayed at the Seahorse for the second year in a row. Just like last year, we found both houses to be very clean, well maintained and in a great location on the beach. Even with traffic, we were able to get to restaurants, shopping and entertainment in less than 10 minutes. The kitchens are well stocked with anything you might need to prepare your next meal. The 6 bedrooms gave us plenty of sleeping areas for my large family. Beach chairs and plenty of beach toys for the kids were located at the side of the house, next to the hot tub. The views from the balcony and the sunroom were spectacular. The booking process was super easy and Warren Beach Rentals communicated with us regularly via text and email. The only problem we encountered during this stay was that the week flew by and we couldn't stay longer.

We were on family vacation - 5 groups, 15 total. I’ll start by saying the property is even more beautiful in person. I had looked at the pictures quite a bit and still had my breath taken when we arrived. The front patio looks straight on to the beach and the balcony is a must in the morning to catch a glimpse of dolphins! There was plenty of space for everyone. You could easily be together in one area and just as easily find somewhere to get a little time for yourself. Bathrooms clean and showers have great pressure. Beds are large and comfortable. Closets and dressers offer plenty of room for unpacking. Kitchens are stocked extremely well. Very nice additional beach chairs and toys. Lastly I want to make sure I mention the outstanding communication from Warren Beach Rentals. They were so friendly and quick to reply every single time. They worked with us to help pull off a special event for Father’s Day and we could not be more thankful. We will be renting with them again when in town!

The houses was spacious, with beautiful views from both. Check-in was easy, houses were clean. We would definitely stay here again. Had a great time!

Our families enjoyed an amazing week at this property. The house setup was perfect for multiple families allowing privacy in both the cottage and house. The cottage served as our main “meeting” point with the large kitchen table, open area from the kitchen to the living room. The decor was beautiful throughout, up to date decorations and even a brand new sofa (comfortable). Bedrooms and baths first class! The house was also amazing with having privacy downstairs for 2 bedrooms and then the enormous master bedroom and bath upstairs. The bonus outdoor patio and seating area on the roof with sunset views one could only dream of! There were towel/drying racks inside the closets which was a great place so our towels weren’t laying all over railing and “junking up” the view. Washer and dryer in great condition and they even supplied a “starter” pack of detergent. The kitchens were fully stocked with everything needed to cook or grill out. Outdoor house furniture, sitting area furniture, large dinner table with cushions and umbrella make eating breakfast, lunch and dinner even better. The hot tub was very clean and temperature just right. The view off the patio and having the water within seconds of a walk made this the most perfect location. It was easy to get around PCB with minimal traffic being apart from the high tower condos. The house has beach chairs, sand buckets and even a boogie board we could use. I would recommend this property and Warren Beach Rentals a 100 times over and over. I was also very lucky to meet the actual owner of the house as she was leaving and I immediately knew it would be an amazing vacation home. She reassured me everything was in perfect shape and cleaned. She wasn’t lying…it was PERFECT. If you are like me and visiting PCB for the 1st time, I highly recommend renting through Warren Beach Rentals. It was the easiest, secure, and stress-free process and vacation.

We have been renting on PCB for 26 years and have required bigger and bigger properties to accommodate a growing family. This is a great place for a 3 generation family stay. Plenty of room inside and out. The concrete deck is especially big. the beach front is nice and uncrowded. Love the "old Florida" vibe.

13 of us ranging in age from 3-73, spent a wonderful week at the Seahorse!! Such a clean, beautifully furnished property! Being right on the beach was ideal!! Super easy check-in/check out!! Kids loved the beach and hot tub!!! Only had to call for help once when we couldn't find the laundry machines!! We'll be back!!

Having never visited the beach during the Fall season, I was unsure what to expect. Let me tell you, there is nothing like it. Chilly mornings are perfect for coffee on the beach and a walk by the ocean. Midday is warm and excellent for beach time! Evenings are breezy and comfortable for sitting on the porch listening to the magnificent waves and admiring the starry night sky. Beautiful comfortable lodgings top it all off with cozy beds, convenient entertaining space for meals and outstanding ocean views. This heaven away from home is like no other! The porch is a perfect spot to take it all in and enjoy all life has to offer. You don't want to miss this beautiful oasis.

We were very fortunate to find this place and be able to stay a week.. What can I say except just fantastic. The house was just what the pictures showed just beautiful. The location was perfect…anything you needed groceries, convenient stores, restaurants and shops were close by. We had a family of 15 enough beds and rooms to accommodate us all … The two kitchens came in handy for getting the Thanksgiving meal on the table. There were also two living areas so the kids could hang out without the adults… We loved the large patio out back plenty of chairs and tables to relax to read , play games, corn hole but mainly to just sit and enjoy the view of the beautiful beach and to be right on the beach was so nice. The sunsets were just gorgeous…There were also a couple of bonuses 1) A jacuzzi that was fun and relaxing enjoyed by many 2) a upstairs deck that was beautiful to sit and relax the view from there was incredible. There is also a large grill smoker on the large patio we used, our turkey came out perfect! The Warren group was so easy to work with.. quick to answer any questions that we had before our trip. Check in and out was probably the easiest I have ever done. The house was very clean and I know they didn’t say anything to me but I think they added some extra chairs to the dining table and extra seating in living room to accommodate us which we really appreciated it. We also found to rent from the Warren beach rental company saved us money..the prices were much better then Vrbo or Airbnb…We hope to be able to come back again because this trip and house made us a lot of memories… Thank you so much … The Johnsons

My husband and I love staying at the Seahorse. We love the cottage and the view from the house. It is decorated so beautifully and has everything that you would want to make you feel at home. The beds are extremely comfortable. We also love that we are right on the beach. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was very clean, and we can’t wait to go back to the Seahorse.

Great experience from booking to end of stay. You will love the walk out beach access and beautiful surround views!! Updated throughout with great living space. Wonderful place for our growing family! Beautiful location

The Seahorse is a great place to rent. 2 houses in one booking directly on thr Beach worked out great for all my kids and grand children to be together and still have a little room to separate so the way to bed family could do their thing while the night owls could do theirs. The two kitchens also worked well when cooking for the 16 of us. I wasn't expecting all of the beach toys that were available for the kids. The houses were very clean and well maintained. Smooth check in and check out. Highly recommend this booking and Warren Beach Rentals.

We were looking for a place that could accommodate our family, my teenagers and their friends, and my parents. This was perfect!! Everyone had room to spread out but also spaces big enough for us ALL to hang together too!! Right on the sand-can’t get any closer! And the hot tub was a hot too. Place was perfectly clean and ready for us! Had everything we needed. We cook a lot and the kitchens had what we needed including blenders and crockpot!! Totally recommend and will stay again!!

Party in the back business up front. The beach is amazing. It was quiet and beautiful! We went during spring break week and the streets were hopping at night-the teens loved it. But, it felt a little unsafe at night. The street with all of the shops nearby didn't have a sidewalk and there is trash littered everywhere. (not sure if the spring breakers trashed it or if it's always like this). However, from the beach side it was paradise! But, the kids didn't notice a thing. It did feel unsafe for my 14 year old daughter and her friend to walk alone. When we walked behind them they were getting cat calls, it was gross. Again, not sure if spring break brought in weirdos. The house itself was great! Two houses on one lot-which helped our families spread out. The front house is great because you can just walk outside, not steps and there is the beach. The back house has an amazing deck that we spent a lot of time on, it's great for people watching and sunsets. We loved having different places to sit and watch the water and the kids. The back house is more updated than the front, but it didn't really matter, they both had everything we needed. We were not near any hotels, so I think that's why the beach was so empty, it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves at times. The rental company was great too!

BEST Spring Break trip EVER!! The Seahorse was absolutely perfect for our large group! Lots of parking, steps to the beach, comfy beds & everything you needed right at your fingertips. The Warren Beach Rental staff made check in a breeze & the houses were exactly as pictured on their site. The location was awesome too! We are already looking forward to staying here again next year!

The location and proximity to the beach are the biggest selling points of this home! Our group took early morning walks on the beach, spent hours on the patio just listening to the waves while enjoying warmth from the firepit at nights. We practically had a private section of the beach during spring break time. The home is very spacious and furnished with a beach vibe. The patio upstairs is perfect for watching sunsets. Maintenance company was timely in response to our urgent queries and requests. Kids spent all their free time in the spacious sunroom. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
