Callie and Susan were amazing hosts. They were communicative and inviting. We were having our wedding the area and booked this house to stay and to host some small get togethers throughout the weekend. Callie and Susan were so inviting and graciously let us use their house. They are extremely dog friendly, and this house has the most epic views. It was the perfect location to make our weekend extra special! The location is perfect and close to everything!

We rented the main house for Car Week 2024 and could not have been more pleased. Location was great, amenities and the overall condition of the house was immaculate.
We just wish we weren't so committed to all the Car Week activities as we hoped to hang out at the house more. The views are amazing and the wrap around deck is a great place to have your morning coffee.
Only one recommendation would be to have luggage racks in the closets for visitors. Thank you to Callie and Susan for a spectacular stay!

We had a group of 3 couples staying and the beds were perfectly comfortable for all of us and we loved the bathroom setup with each room. Kitchen had everything we needed for evening dining. I would highly recommend this rental. And the personal touches made us feel welcome!!

This property is amazing! Even better than pictured and in a great location. I stayed with my friend, daughter and son-in-law and we all had lots of space to work/play. The bed I slept in was heavenly. Everything was clean and labeled well. We had everything we needed, and then some. Callie was so friendly and helpful—a great host. She gave us a bottle of wine, a new wine opener for the home and instructions on a special hike. I would love to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect property. Coded entry changed with each rental. Met the manager at check-in, and great communication throughout the stay.
Warning: Full flight of stairs to living area. One master has smaller sets of stairs to room and bath.
Three bedrooms (2 masters) accommodated 3 couples perfectly. Wrap-around balcony shows magnificent views. Stocked kitchen. Easy in/out of highway 1, Downtown Carmel and Monterey. Quiet neighborhood.
Gated dog run along the side of the house with lots of trees/bushes for sniffing. Dandy loved his stay. We look forward to coming again.

Enjoyed the patio views with two couples and two older teens. Short drive to hiking, restaurants, wine tasting and DT Carmel. Well equipped kitchen with some perks of coffee, filters, olive oil, etc. so cooking was a bit easier. Grill was very clean. Bedding was crisp and comfy. All around a very pleasant place to call home on vacation. Very much as advertised. We hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful and spacious, easily accommodating a large group with space to spare. Gracious hosts with so many helpful tips and suggestions for the trip that we couldn’t decide which to do first. Enjoyed the kitchen, wonderful views even with the fog, quiet neighborhood just a short drive from everywhere.

Just a beautiful home with a terrific view. Lots of thoughtful design touches. Considerate and helpful host. Ideal for family pet -- dog run, dog door and Carmel beaches gave her much joy. All in our family group of 6 adults and 3 kids aged 5 or under had a wonderful time. (Furniture has some hard corners so you do need to keep an eye on any little ones.) Memorable stay.

It is always difficult to coordinate with adult children a small vacation but we found a window of 4 days to do this. Our stay at the house was magnificent and enjoyed by all, even a baby and three dogs. I so appreciate all the quick responses from Callie and how inviting the house was. Callie thought of everything to make our stay so special. I want to thank her for providing us a place to create memories we will never forget.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Carmel in this home away from home. The house is warm and welcoming with spectacular views from the balcony. The pictures don’t quite do it just. Plenty of room for our two families of four plus our beloved pup.
The owners are very thoughtful with Callie greeting us on arrival, providing a welcome gift and stocking the house with most everything you need including kitchen and bathroom essentials, allowing us to have a true vacation.

What an incredible property and lovely hosts! The home is so comfortable and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The beds and linens are dreamy. And the view made us want to spend more time at the property than we had planned. The pictures don't really do it justice. Callie and Susan went above and beyond in every way to make it an enjoyable experience. You can tell they put their whole hearts into it. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Carmel. I was here over the New Year and it was just perfect! The property itself has breathtaking views and is beautiful throughout. Callie and Susan have thought of every detail to make it super comfortable, cozy and fun. This property is a very short drive to the Carmel village, ocean, hiking and more. I highly recommend it!

My family and I had an excellent stay. Susan and Callie were very responsive, left very clear instructions/showed us around when we arrived. Great location. Very kid and dog-friendly - I feel they go above and beyond to make the guest's stay comfortable as well as fun. Would highly recommend this spot.

Callie and Susan have put together such a wonderful and welcoming home-away-from-home! The property was exactly as described in the listing, and it was even more beautiful in person. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the home provided ample living space for two couples. And that view from the back deck – incredible!
The location of the rental was perfect as well: close to everything the area has to offer (hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, shops, and more).
Callie was a kind and generous host, and we were not disappointed when following her recommendations for where to eat, scenic spots, etc.
We had a wonderful stay at this property and would absolutely recommend it to other travelers.

Carmel is a wonderful spot, and this home is just on the eastern edge of town. A lot of light, and a spectacular view of the valley and the sea to the west. Home was clean, quiet and well equipped. Really appreciate the gracious hospitality and great communication.

We loved our stay in Callie and Susan’s beautiful house. The view and the house are even better than the photographs. Callie and Susan were very easy to communicate with and made the whole process very easy. They even left a Pack N Play for my 20-month-old daughter to use. We had some electrical issues thanks to an outage that happened before we arrived but Callie and Susan worked with us to get everything fixed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a really great stay in Carmel. This is a town we’re extremely familiar with and know that it’s hard to find places with lots of room plus a view. Best view we have had in our many stays in this area. House is beautifully remodeled while still keeping the Carmel quirkiness/charm. Very nice to have dedicated parking. We were thrilled to be overlooking the ocean with lots of room for having a family dinner and just hanging out enjoying the beautiful location. Callie is wonderful and very responsive. We will definitely rent again.

Spent the holiday weekend at this beautiful property. Views were stunning, even more breathtaking in person. Location is great, close to Monterey (15 mins), downtown Carmel’s Ocean Ave is minutes away, we went on the handcar tour in Marina which was only 15 mins away as well, close to many beaches and hiking trails. We brought our two labradoodles and they absolutely loved it here, the enclosed yard with dog run was so nice to have. Host was wonderful and provided a lot of recommendations of restaurants, dog friendly beaches, hikes, which were very helpful. The property was clean and comfy with all the amenities you could ask for. Had a blast and would definitely recommend.

Carmel is gorgeous, but it's hard to leave the house itself, it's so cozy and overlooks everything. Callie's a warm host, has lots of recommendations for things to do. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This house is located on a hill overlooking the Monterey Bay. From the deck outside the main room, we watched the surf and the fog as it moved across the mountaintops. It's beyond beautiful. The house was very clean and very well equipped, and there were ample beds for everyone, including the 4 children. The main level has an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area -- a great place for the family to gather. The host and property manager were friendly and accommodating. The manager met us to show us around the house.

I’ve now stayed in both units. Callie and crew are the best. Attentive, available by text, and they love dogs. 🐶 The place is immaculate and stocked with EVERYTHING! Beach chairs, every spice you could think of, condiments, shampoo, conditioner, soap and on and on.
