The apartment was decorated to a high standard and was very comfortable for 4 people. The kitchen was furnished to a high standard and had all of the equipment you would require. The location was ideal with just a few minutes walk to the town and promenade. We would be happy to stay here again

It would have been useful to know there were lots of stairs to climb with luggage. Good job my 80 year old hubby is fit !

The location was great, good sized accomodation

Shoddy furniture, knob broken on the dresser, bad light in the main toilet meant having to use the mirror in the tiny ensuite, the boiler broke while we were there so after calling the owner I had to re pressurise the boiler myself to get hot water to work, the key to the apartment didn't work properly, the owner said it was a "quirk" it's always had? Would be a nice touch if at least the lock worked properly, the bath tap shoots water across the bathroom, bath plug was broken, and when we arrived there was toothpaste still in the bottom of the cup in the ensuite which had not been washed outt, we had to put small wedges in the windows as they rattle a lot if its breezy outside, its a good sized property in a good location, but its £500 more than a property we stayed in just down the road last year, needs a little more care taken to the smaller details to justify the more expensive "boutique" price tag.

Warm and welcoming very comfortable, the car parking is a massive plus in busy times.

Some loose coping tiles on outside wall and uneven paving slabs on stairs could be an issue for people with walking difficulties, also the number of external steps was not mentioned in the description of the property.

Apartment was spotlessly clean and really well kitted out for anything we needed. Having the basket of toys and games for our daughter was a lovely little touch to the apartment. The apartment was just a lovely space to spend a few days in a great location. Great location for the beachfront and pier, as well as lovely restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

Amazing location and spacious apartment.

Parking would be extremely tight if the car next to it was also parked, but it was vacant so we were ok. We would not have been able to open the doors otherwise but we had a Skoda Karoq. Plentiful street parking though, so no real issue and we were expecting it.

Everything was amazing with this property. It really exceeded our expectations, views were amazing, location was amazing and the apartment was really clean. Wifi was excellent, had multiple devices connected and never an issue. Want to come here again and again!!!

Only slight issue was there wasn't enough pots and pans when cooking. We cooked a breakfast and there was only just enough. also no oven gloves. Very minor but wanted to point it out :-)

lovely fresh clean light and airy and in a great location. lovely bathroom warm and cosy just could have done with a mat on bathroom floor a bit slippy when wet .

Beautiful apartment, great location, short walking distance to center, everything you could need for your stay in the apartment, we stayed for a couple of nights but could easily spend a week here as the apartment is fully equipt for long stays with the washing machine and ironing facilities etc, and you could easily have nights in the apartment and cook in the kitchen, apartment rooms have lots of space, lovely decor.

The location of the apartment was excellent. Close to the seafront, the Orme, restaurants, shopping and bars. Comfortable apartment with excellent facilities. The parking space was a welcome asset too.

The double bed was too soft for one of the couple who slept in it; the single bed was hard for one of the other customers. Also, there was quite a lot of noise at night for the single bed-sleepers as there is a bar over the road.

The location was great, and thoroughly recommend the pub nearby (The Snowdon) for food and drink. Parking was a real bonus at the flat. The flat was generally clean and well presented with a well equipped kitchen and nice views from the dining area window.

There were a few maintenance issues at the flat which we reported to the cleaner on departure. All were reasonably little niggles, but for the price we paid, I would have expected not to find these. The bedroom windows would not stay open, the toilet seat in the bathroom was broken and the radiator in there had a leak. The extractor fan also did not appear to be working and the bath was very slow to drain. The guest information folder mentioned a welcome pack, but this was not supplied. It also mentioned toiletries in the bathroom, but there was nothing supplied other than loo roll and handsoap. The last niggle is just a personal preference....but we found the pillows uncomfortably thick and used cushions instead as even using just one of the two pillows supplied caused us discomfort.
