Great place to stay and spend time with family.

Great time at your place. Guys golf trip and one we have done for 46 years. COL was a great place to visit and play golf. Brandi and your entire team were responsive, courteous, and professional.

Our group of buddies enjoyed our stay while playing golf in the Coeur D’Alene area. The house lived up to the billing and it was a very enjoyable stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay at Skyview Perch! The location was great, close to downtown Coeur d’Alene. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was perfect to host our extended family. The common areas were roomy, the kitchen was furnished with everything we needed to cook, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable! Communication with the property management company was prompt and helpful. It was a wonderful stay!

We had quite a group in town from DFW to celebrate my Dad’s 70th bday. There was more than enough room and space for us to spread out. We loved using the hot tub each afternoon. Easy to get into town! Loved our stay!

We had a group of 6 guys for our annual golf trip. The house was very comfortable, and clean with an awesome view and a great location for a golf weekend.

We are so grateful to have rented SkyView Perch for our family Thanksgiving getaway. We stayed here very comfortably with 10 adults and we were able to cook a full holiday meal in the kitchen. We played games and built puzzles on the high top square table that seats 8. The views are incredible with colorful sunrises over Lake Coeur d’Alene and the house is beautiful, just as advertised. The instructions were easy and the communication was great. We went to downtown Coeur d’Alene and also the opposite direction to Wolf Lodge in just a few minutes. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the family for opening their home.

Can’t thank you enough! The house was amazing, the views were spectacular and there was plenty of fun packed all in the house. From the pool table to the hot tub to the huge private patio overlooking the Idaho Mountains and Lake Coeur d’Alene. The large open floor plan keeps everyone together. Thanks again can’t wait to stay again!!

The property was beautiful! But the Property Management was terrible!! Checked in on a Friday and needed some things on Saturday and their response was that they would tell their team and get back with us (never got back to us!) - asked again on Sunday - another response that they would talk to their team and get back with us with a plan - NEVER heard back from them. We didn't think the property management was throughly cleaning the house. Floors were sticky in some places, outdoor grill didn't work, stingy of soaps, toilet paper, one of the bathrooms shower curtain had pink mildew all along the bottom of the shower curtain (up about one foot), one blow dryer was so matted with hair I couldn't bring myself to use it! I asked a head of time if there were blow dryers and they assured me there was one in every bathroom - only one between 4 bathrooms that was useable. We had to adjust our planned meals in hopes to use the outdoor grill on Monday, it was ok but not as convenient as this was our vacation. Excellent service from Property Management on Monday - they came and fixed everything that we asked, the worker was friendly and kind. So - with all that said, we were inconvenienced for the weekend which was unfortunate. Hope you don't need anything over a weekend. So, renter beware. We also suggest that grab bars be installed in the bathrooms and the tubs were very slippery.

Stayed at this property for 5 days on a guys golf trip. Accommodations were very nice the the location was convenient. Will definitely consider this property again in the future.

The home, the location, the drive - all beautiful! We couldn't have asked for more - it's truly a gem and somewhere we'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Upon arrival, the first few things we noticed were the hot tub was greenish, the sauna was full of spider webs, 3 of the 4 pool sticks were broken to some degree and there were candy wrappers all throughout the house, even a Capri Sun juice pouch between couch cushions. The grossest thing I saw was my hand towel in the master bathroom was folded cute, but above the folded part, there were two globs of toothpaste on the towel, showing it was a dirty towel the cleaners had hung up for the next renter to use. The wood floors thru the main floor were so dirty that my bare feet were nearly black within the first hour of being in the house. When a renter is charged hundreds of dollars for a cleaning fee, they should be able to walk into a clean home. This home was slightly surface cleaned (at best) before our arrival and when we asked Vacation rental authority to refund us the cleaning fee, we were told the cleaners took over 200 pictures and that they sent someone after the cleaners to do a quality control check and that everything looked great. We asked to see some of those 200 pictures and they never responded. We have no problem paying a large cleaning fee for rentals that are CLEAN when we arrive, but were floored that they weren't willing to refund us while staying in a dirty home. The house itself had a pretty good layout (except the sleeping configuration was different than what was advertised) & our family enjoyed staying except for the fact that many elements were not as they were advertised. We would not recommend staying in any homes that Vacation Rental Authority manages/hosts. *I will say they sent someone out to treat the hot tub after we notified them the hot tub was green, but that should have been done prior to anyone renting this home in the first place & the person who treated the hot tub never knocked on the door to let us know he was there.

We had such a good time in this beautiful home. It overlooked the lake and the scenery was tranquil. Close to downtown coeur d’alene and all the activities.

This house was perfect for our family vacation (6 adults and 5 kids). It is beautiful, spacious, well-maintained and well-furnished. We enjoyed spending time on the large deck and had pleasant evenings in the hot tub. It is a quick and easy drive into CDA. The hot tub needed maintenance when we arrived. The management company was excellent and responded to our maintenance request the next day. I would highly recommend this property.

Each couple had their own rooms and bathroom which is awesome and then the kids loved sleeping up in the loft. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Was a very short trip to downtown but we mostly stayed home and enjoyed time by the fire. We used Fred Meyer grocery delivery service so we literally never had to leave. We stayed a week which did not seem long enough, we are for sure planning on staying at this property again in the future.

The house was very nice and clean. The upstairs deck latch gave us some issues but we survived it:) Also the first time we used the master shower there was a moldy smell but we found the lysol and sprayed it after each use to keep the shower clean. Other than that it was an amazing experience. Thank you.

Lots of room, very clean, close to town, beautiful setting......My friends and I had a really good time together. We would consider returning.

The house was perfect and our family enjoyed staying there immensely. The only negative was the truck noise from the interstate (maybe you will have that fixed before we stay there again, ha). We had three families for a mini reunion and everyone had plenty of space. Very positive feed-back from all. The house was lovely.
