Great place! Really enjoyed the heated pool in March.

This is the perfect property to enjoy family time. We had such a wonderful stay. The home is located a short distance from the London bridge, hiking spots, and grocery stores. The out door area is very enjoyable. Great views, many comfortable areas to sit and relax outdoors, a great barbecue/ outdoor kitchen, and the pool is perfect to cool off and catch some rays.

We loved the home. Beautiful and comfortable. Hosts were responsive and great! Recommend staying!

My family and I spent the holiday here and it was an amazing experience. The house was decorated for Christmas which we appreciated greatly! All of the little touches throughout the house that made it feel like home... So much better than a generic hotel! And outdoor swimming in December... A new thing for all of us! The house location was also perfect - close to a beach area and playground, and a quick drive to London Bridge. And the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We'd love to come back again in the future!

Clean, and not run down like other places I've stayed at. Me and my family loved it and will be returning.

Everything about our stay from the moment we left our home to the moment we arrived we were treated like we were the only thing that mattered. From concerns before we got here to the welcome we received to checking out. The warmth, hospitality and kindness, everything was pure genuine. We never felt intimidated or threatened in any way whatsoever. We took out the blender to use which had a small crack that wouldn't hold liquid , I notified Sara and instead of making me feel at fault she instantly apologized ordered another and had it delivered to the house within the hour . Amazing! We felt completely trusted. Like family. This home and its location could not have been more perfect. I cannot wait to come back. My sister and my husband's brother have both heard us speak of this place and are already looking forward to renting it with their families. I felt like this home fell in between a model home and a resort. With all the beautiful bath fixtures and toiletries. The big clean fluffy white towels the soft sheets and cloud-like comforters that I wanted to stay all day in but couldn't wait to get outside to the beautiful backyard with the view of the river and the amazing pool which we decided to include having heated. The kids were in it most of the day and the evening. The pictures of the home are spot on but walking into the house is quite a surprise as it comes to life and I was greatly satisfied. It's a beautiful neighborhood and the houses are on very large lots so rather separated and very quiet . The house is centrally located to anywhere you want to go from the London Bridge and all of its activities and bars and restaurants all the way to Parker Arizona and all of their wonderful bars and restaurants and activities and beaches. Sitting along the river with our chairs and our feet in the water with our families and swimming together watching all the beautiful boats come and go, it just couldn't have been more perfect. Nick and Sara were seriously the most genuinely welcoming host. I want to adopt them! Lol!
