Cornhill #11 is a sweet, peaceful cottage sitting up above the bay. From morning coffee on the front porch overlooking the water to gorgeous sunsets with a view of Provincetown in the distance, this truly is a place for families, a romantic getaway or quite frankly just a peaceful place to stay solo and enjoy all it has to offer. Situated between Wellfleet and Provincetown, the location offers the best of both worlds. Dining, beaches tourist excursions, shopping are max 15 minutes away, allowing you to return to the quiet cottage, bay breezes and sound of the waves. The furnishings are coastal and classic, the kitchen is bright and has everything needed to cook meals. A private beach offers hours of swimming and fun. Cornhill public beach is a few minutes walk down the way where you can have a fire (permit required, but easy to do online) in the evening. Truly a classic, breezy beach cottage to create memories. We all loved it and miss it already.

We loved our stay at this sweet cottage overlooking the bay. The views are truly breathtaking and it’s exactly as pictured and described (although photos can’t really capture the full extent of the beauty!). My husband and I stayed with our 19 month old son. My sister in law rented a larger home in the same community so we had access to a larger kitchen, livingroom, deck, etc and mostly used this cottage as a place to sleep. That said, had we not had my sister in law nearby this cottage would have been fine…just a bit cozier! I grew up going to rustic cottages like this so it was very nostalgic and reminiscent of my childhood. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to truly unplug. We’ll never forget our stay…and my son will never forget the friendly cat who lives next door!

This was our second time at the cottage and we enjoyed it just as much as our first stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for this type of experience!

This is our second time staying in Cottage #11 and it's perfection. It's nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Perfectly clean. there are lots of games and "extras" like a spy glass to look across the bay and beautiful oyster tray for serving up Wellfleet oysters! It's like staying at a friend's home who has really good taste! We enjoy our coffee every morning on the cottage porch looking over the water and the sunsets are magical.

We loved the all-encompassing peace and quiet at this property. The charming cottage had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. We spent most of our time on the covered porch listening to the waves and the sounds of nature. The sunsets from the porch were awe inspiring. This is Cape Cod as it should be, simple yet wonderful.

This Corn Hill cottage has a great location. It's quiet, near to great beaches and convenient for activities. The cottage has comfortable furniture, lovely decor including good repro paintings of ships and whaling scenes, a roomy and well stocked kitchen. It feels spacious for the actual size.The sunset-facing view is unobstructed and for us, the best feature was the covered porch facing the bay. We hope to rent this wonderful spot again.

I can’t say enough good things about this property!

A very honest, beautiful old cottage in a stunning location. For the two of us the cottage had everything we needed for our two week vacation. We did a fair bit of cooking in the cottage and found the kitchen to be well appointed. It was very comfortable with plenty of seating. The views and the sunsets from the porch were truly stunning. The access to the beach is also great; a lot of steps but they weren't a problem for us. Brice & Michelle were great hosts and provided us with a lot of information on the area which was particularly useful as we were from the UK. A truly relaxing vacation.

We had a fantastic time here! The view is unmatched and location is great. Very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature, but also close to Jams, shops, restaurants in Wellfleet and PTown. The stairs to the beach are definitely challenging, but we went up and down them everyday, sometimes twice a day. The beach is beautiful. Wish I was still there!

Our second year staying in the perfect spot for our family vacation to the Cape. Everything about this Corn Hill cottage is so charming. From the sunrise bedroom to the sunset bedroom and everything in between just awesome. We cooked every day and the kitchen was perfectly stocked for all our cooking needs. Using the community grills was so easy. The beach was an easy walk for us as adults and for our two toddler children. The perfect vacation spot. Thank you for sharing this gem with us.

My fiancé and I had an amazing time at the property. Being woken up by the sun and the sound of the waves every morning was an absolute delight, especially coming from NYC. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Spectacular view, spectacular cottage! I really enjoyed the authentic essence of this cottage and it's location. I imagine that 90% of this property is just the same as the day it was built. The kitchen and bath have been updated but very simply stated to mirror the original construction. This was a vacation that was one to be treasured and remembered for years to come.

Was a nice quaint cottage nestled overlooking the ocean. My only criticism would be the access to the beach.. steps very steep and kept me from venturing down. We did venture into Provincetown and enjoyed the beaches close by. Relaxation was my intention and that I what we got! 😊

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful seaside cottage. The private beach was a dream and the neighbors were lovely. The steps are steep but nothing you can’t manage with kids. The cottage had everything you would need and was rustic and luxurious at the same time. The owners took care in decorating and designing the space. The view from the porch was second to none. We will hopefully be back!!!

Our family of 5x fit comfortably in the house, and we walked to the beach every day. The front porch overlooking the water was a great place for parents to unwind after tucking in the kids!

This is the summer experience you dream of, waking up to the view of the ocean. You’re own beach that you walk down to. It has old fashion charm with modern amenities. It is better than the pictures.

I’ve used Vrbo several times and the detailed communication from these owners was by far the best. The pictures definitely represented the property well. It was even more lovely and peaceful in person with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect. You’re in a gorgeous quiet area with access to lots of activities and great food. Highly recommend!

This Corn Hill cottage was absolutely perfect for our family vacation to the Cape!! The description was spot on. The only thing the pictures were missing was the amazing feeling you get in each of the rooms. Being able to not only see the water but hear it when you are sleeping is just magical. Our family of four includes a 2 yo and a 3yo and we found the size to be very roomy. The beach is gorgeous and so clean. The steps to the beach look intimidating but are very easy to use. Our children preferred to navigate them on their own two feet rather then being carried. We prepared almost all our meals in the well equipped kitchen and didn’t miss a single cooking item from home!! We grilled using the charcoal grills multiple times and each meal turned out perfectly. To say we loved our stay would be an understatement. We are already counting down the days till our return to Corn Hill cottage #11!!! Thank you for sharing this gem with us!!

We loved staying here. We brought a 4 year-old and 18 month-old and were able to obstruct the stairs with some furniture. The private beach is large, clean, and quiet, and the folks on the hill were kind and welcoming. Hosts were responsive and friendly.

This is a lovely small rustic cottage located on a cliff top overlooking the bay side of the Cape. A perfect escape for a small party/family. Property is accurately described and photos are spot on. Terrific hosts. Would highly recommend.

Staying at this cottage was a simply divine experience!The quiet and powerful beauty of the panoramic water view took my breath away - everyday. The wild fragrant flowers and greenery in the landscape add to the magical beauty of this place. I rarely saw a reason to leave. - preferring to bask in the beauty from the comfortable front porch. while eating,When I did leave it was a quick and easy drive to Provincetown, Well-fleet and ocean beaches. The interior is sunny, comfortable and has all the amenities one needs. The sound and view of the water from the front bedroom was delightful and so calming. Property managers were friendly and quick to respond to questions I had. I have been going to the Cape for years and now cannot imagine staying anywhere else.. Truly magical- a gem✨
